governments will put up stop signs, either two-way or four way. So, in
cities people will not stop if they see no stop signs. But they must be
cautious in rural area. Believe it or not, the fatality rate in rural area
is much higher than in cities.
There would be lawsuits against transportation authorities for the
situations in the video if they happened in US. |

2010春季的教师资助项目共计发款90, 000元。共资助教师75名，来自5个省区，其中甘肃古
浪18名，广西凌云17名，贵州六盘水11名，贵州从江9名，河南淮滨20名。
2010秋季的教师资助项目共计发款72, 000元。共资助教师60名，来自5个省区，其中甘
肃古浪16名，广西凌云17名，贵州六盘水8名，贵州从江9名，河南淮滨10名。
2010年全年共计完成教师资助款项162, 000元，资助贫困教师135人次。资助标准仍为每
人200元/月。

鉴于近年国家对于代课教师清退情况在各地执行不一，短期内依然还有不少正在为乡村儿童

美国经济大萧条饿死了多少人
这是一个争议很大的事情，笔者特意查了一下，数据变化很大，有人说饿死了800
万，有人说饿死了1200万，也有人说没有饿死人。相差太悬殊了。还有的说，说美国大
萧条饿死了人，是假新闻。还有人说，没有饿死人，只是外来移民美国的人减少了。于
是笔者还查了一下英文方面的资料，有700万的数字，也有1200万的数字（700万城市人
口，加上500万农村人口），还有的说不详。
