目前是两个男生，都在三番SOMA的知名科技公司做软件工程师，安静好相处。
lease到2019年3月底结束，转租的需要在leasing office注册，正式转让
转租开始时间可以商议，大概在8月下旬或者9月初
转租价格是2075一个月
（直接从leasing office租整套，目前的价格要超过4500每月）

公司不大，在Orange County. 一共100人左右。development team 一共8个人，
report to me, 一个中国大妈。I am the hiring manager. 我对developers
很好的，真的。Employee一个都没跑过，用过的短期contractors多数跟我联系问能
不能回来继续做。with that said, 认为职场上得躲着中国人或者烦中国大妈的请绕道。
关于H1B，问过HR了，他们的意思是能躲就躲，但也不是完全没的商量。skill set合适
的话，我肯定会push for it的。

didn't even ask me to write a single line of code. All these questions focus
on Web/Network/Software security.
From my personal experience, they have very nice people, and they prefer
someone with related background. Just check your job description and use
that as your study guide.

发现过一个bug。基本上是尝试20次会重现一次，而且不是在关机，就是在开机的时候
重现。不知道是哪个模块的问题，由于影响到我们的模块，所以其他模块的人不管。我
们的senior sde也搞不定，最后花了我一个星期的时间debug出来，当然也是咨询了一
个高手sde，但是确实是最difficult的bug了。 |

发帖数: 805 | 46 Movie streaming是个没技术门槛的行业。Netflix没有任何自己独有的技术，只有单一
的movie，迟早被多元化内容服务的Amazon，Google，Facebook和Apple给整死。而且高
薪不拿股票的员工对公司忠诚度也很低，说穿了就是contractor。再加上CEO脑袋偶尔
抽筋，反反复复，结果可想而知。
就收入来说，总体也不如Google，Apple，Facebook，Salesforce，LinkedIn等一线公
司。 |
