开车路程较长，如有可能，还请拼车（我从54/55出发，可带2-3人）。
时间：8月27日，周六，早上分别从RTP出发，中午12点Goose park会面。
必备工具：绳子（不要太细，需要长一些；棉的，比较牢些的那种；walmart有，几刀
，很便宜），cooler或桶（用来装螃蟹），鸡腿或者鸡脖子，网兜（把螃蟹兜起来，
walmart渔具部有售，买尼龙线的大概$6.99，水湿后容易取螃蟹），剪刀（用来把绳子
剪断）
选备工具：cooler，食物，饮料，驱虫的喷雾剂，擦手的，擦汗的，尖嘴钳或厚手套（
如果你怕被螃蟹夹）；防晒霜，折叠椅。
冰袋：各位做生物的同学，实验室deliver盒子里有那种food safe的冰袋，可以用一下
哈～～

- I remember reading that if angler is going with with a "for-hire-boat",
the boat owner would do it, and individual registration is not required.
- It's free, so I did it anyway to avoid any trouble.
- Clamming, Crabbing, River fishing and many other activities require other

cook them to taste, that is basically not good seafood.
The best seafood should tastes super even raw. If you use more than salt to se
ason the seafood, that is not good too.
Enough said, I like shellfish more than fish. Fresh saltwater rainbow smelt is
most tasty fish in my opinion. |

season is from Oct. 1 to June 1. After Oct.1, usually I would focus on striper
fall run. When the fall run is over, the weather will be very bad and our
small boat cannot go out to the wrecks.
I don't have a special rod and reels for fluke. For boat fishing, my reel is
Penn. 320GT2. Rod is St.Croix Premier saltwater rod. This combination is not
for fluke (too heavy) but for large bass. For north shore, a specific

零件少也没关系,这应该是加工精度,装配和维护的问题.易于维护还是非常重要的.我可以
在两分钟内把我的pennSS拆开清洗任何一个零件并上油. 从来就没有换过任何零件,也没
有送去做过service. reel玩完主要是因为进水进沙又不维护造成的.
钓鱼是个很大的行业,在这个行业里很多高技术主要是用来骗钱的.比如引入多个bearing
就很无聊, 这和在reel上镶钻石类似. 每年各种有趣的东西来来往往.但是经典的东西却
不多,象penn reel,用了几十年.我相信还是有至少90%的serious saltwater fisherman会
选择简单结实的penn.

量提高了,闲了.
鱼估计大家很快就会吃腻了,固定单一的钓法久了也会失去乐趣,我在这里给大家介绍几
种比较有趣的其他玩法. 供闲人们参考..
(1) saltwater kayak fishing,就是自己划kayak出海,钓鱼,可以体会被大鱼拖200米的
感觉.也可以划到孤岛去开发只有你自己知道的新地方.在海上,你经常会碰到奇怪的事
情.每次都会有新故事.
(2) fly fishing,自己用羽毛捆成的lure,然后钓鱼,fly casting和鱼咬钩的感觉你永
远都不会忘记.我还记得第一次用自己tie的fly钓了一条24"的striper,忍不住傻笑了两小
时.fly fishing后,你绝对会对鱼和水有全新的认识.
(3) spear fishing,就是在水里潜水,看到鱼,用spear戳或spear gun射击,这个其实是
hunting.当然在水下的故事更多,毕竟那是另外一个世界.这两年,俺比较热衷于这项运
动.但我对杀鱼本身兴趣不是很大,今年我计划买个小的video camera,在水下拍一些 |

一直没弄明白这个系列怎么卖的这么便宜，最贵的一款才15元。我上星期钓鱼，有个朋
友，所以跑到sportsauthority买了一根，想他可能也就掉这一次。＄10.99，6"6 8-
17lb。当时以为是特价，后来查询才发现定价就这么多。这竿从做工上看，很难看出和
＄50，＄60的竿有什么区别。实际使用竿也很灵敏，完全不比我另外一根70刀的
shimano海竿差。
后来仔细查查了，这竿卖的便宜，可能是用的材料Aeroglass 比较便宜的缘故，但真摸
不出也看不出和graphite有啥区别。而且，shimano自家的广告还宣称这竿可以for
light saltwater applications，想来材料本身也是抗腐蚀的。 其它被列为
freshwater的竿还没有这句话。
