我提交I-140的职位是Management Analyst， ONET Code：13-1111，
1. 我如果找一份新工作是Senior Pricing Analyst，感觉会放在 Code：13-2051下面
，工资比原来高20%， job description个人感觉应该有50%是一致的，是不是就没有太
大问题；
2. 如果找一份Business Analyst的工作，是不是基本上肯定没问题？因为在ONET网站
上Sample of Reported Job Titles下面写有Business Analyst的职位；
3. 如果新公司HR人好，是不是只要说好了，把我准备的EVL给他们签字就行，还是必须
和我签订的工作合同完全一样？ 如果收到EVL时，把新工作的Job Description稍微改
一下，是不是也可以，移民局有没有办法查？

从memo上你可以看到，一直提到soc code，那个知名律师greg也说了，这种情况下只有
limit similar job的定义非常不好
Comments 1月4号截至，算算时间3月份finalize差不多。
我们上周去开会的时候Uscis的大头头说会在他们能力范围之内让合法移民受益把奥巴
马的行政法令做到最好，他和他的membership 成员让我们多comments,他们会把建议
take into consideration的
说实话人家这次AC21法案就是不给我们放work authorization我们能有什么办法，就算

focus on your head position, make sure your head is 'BEHIND" the ball in the
whole process of striking the ball.
it's the same thing for driver and long iron (like 3 & 4) .

have much more confidence in my iron and I can shape the ball easily with
my irons. With woods, I don't much control over the shape of the shots.
I think the difference is the length of the shaft. At one point I was
thinking about cutting the shaft of my driver by 2 inches. I am a lot more
comfortable with the length of my 3 wood. |

and have recorded 4 shots, to my surprise , the gun produced the same hole
results by studying the clips. Hold-over 1 MDOT. I really do not recommend
this camera for this kind of application since the auto focus feature will
make the cross hair out of focus.
