就是halfwall这点可真够缺德的，家家都的加这个upgrade不然也太丑了。
我看过savanna（不确定拼写）的房子，几乎没有太多可升级的地方，chrry 橱柜， 花
岗岩台面，木头deck都是标配，地毯的标配也不错。可是房子2600sf搞了个3层，每层
都挤的不行，厨房的橱柜就根本没有几个,lot也小，搞得一下子就没兴趣了。 pulte的
房子据说质量不错，可是你什么都不能改，什么都不能加，你想推个面积，加个窗子啥
的根本没有这个option.
我觉得很多同胞喜欢orlean大概都是喜欢它们的floorplan,相对灵活一些，至少2-
story family room 啥的比较让人心动，其余的upgrade只能等慢慢来。 |
