推！做了不少研究，把有关此类枪走火的资料查了不少。讲的很有说服力。
如果再能加上muscle memory， sympathetic muscle contraction 的理论就很完整地
合理解释了梁走火的原因。各种可能的原因都包括了。基本上可以证明走火是无心之错，
这是版上哪位专业律师吧？是不是可以加入梁律师团队？

看看“被自杀”兰可儿，以及到现在都没有头绪的Texas灭门案，以及纽约的飞车党

连阿三都知道霉国人的做事态度：
‘出了什么事情，总有一个scapegoat，不管那是不是冤枉的’
老霉根本不是detail oriented
这一次，因为是波音的飞机，波音最近质量问题不断，老霉怕生意去了空客那儿
再加上FBI最近的风头被CIA抢了不少。NSA又因为snowden名声扫地

经发出并得到了很大的响应。写这篇文章的目的，是想抛砖引玉，和大家讨论下，在游

律师，写的这么好，为什么不参与梁彼得新律师团队？呼吁所有华人律师要积极参与，

彼得根本一开始就不该起诉，还批评起纽约时报来了，说纽约时报夸奖黑人DA精明其实

人反应。

黑人的族裔关系，甚至还翻出2年前黑人群殴华女的新闻拿出来说是220搞坏的。
奇怪了，听起来就跟本来华人黑人关系怎么亲密？华人从来就是黑人暴力犯罪的第一靶
标，看加州的人说那里82%的黑人犯罪是对亚裔的。还有华人列出过死于黑人暴力的华
人名单（求名单，看到英文的，忘了抄下来）。甚至几年前还有黑人枪杀身上只有27元
现金的华人，还有黑人劫杀了两个小留学生，最后黑人还要去法院抗议两个杀人犯的审

. I fully understand Gurley family's pain and sincerely in sympathy of their
unfortunate encountering.
However, it is so unfair to use Peter Liang as a scapegoat to soothe
recently very often happened confrontation between Africa American and the
Public Enforcement Department. Anyone bearing minimal common sense will see
that this case is simply an Accident.

感谢波士顿各位热心组织者们，我们在这里更新下2.20准备状况
集会准备：
搞定了警察局游行许可
准备好了横幅，美国国旗和蓝丝带
讨论并推出建议的标语和横幅，大家可以自己根据下面推荐制作
需要有志愿者携带扩音喇叭，有喇叭的朋友麻烦带上!
集会行程：
11:00 开始，一分钟向Akai Gurley 默哀。并且一起喊口号。
11:30-12:30 自愿演讲时间 （建议英文)。
12:30-1:30 分成两部分，一队人继续喊口号。一队人两个地点走动，散发传单，并向
行人讲解
1:30-2:00 环绕Boston Common一圈，挥舞标语，散发传单。
2:00 集会结束

一座犯罪频发的高危楼里出警，在漆黑的楼道里，偶然地手枪走火，子弹打到墙上又反
弹到在低一层的走道里的黑人青年格雷。格雷在枪响后和女友奔下几层楼，然后倒在血
泊中。。。后来不治身亡。非常不幸的事件。
然后peter liang被起诉了，罪名包括2nd degree manslaughter。然后peter liang被
警察工会抛弃，指定的律师要他认罪。然后检查官有当庭误导jury的行为。然后梁被
jury认定有罪，五项罪名都成立。
格雷是无辜的、不幸的，令人痛惜。peter liang也是不幸的，他出事的时间，正好是
警民关系在一系列事件之后需要一个替罪羊来平息人们，尤其是黑人，对警察过度暴力
的愤怒。在广大华人眼里，他的被起诉以及置之过重罪名，明显出于政治原因。华人被
作为软柿子捏了。
后来就有了在2月20日举行的，包括纽约的几万人的抗议集会在内的，全美40多个城市
的游行集会，抗议不公。
我们康州有许多同学参加了纽约的大集会，有些离boston更近的则参加了那边的机会。

关于梁警官案件的讨论网络上已经很多了，这里不再复述。华人社区的游行集结号也已
经发出并得到了很大的响应。写这篇文章的目的，是想抛砖引玉，和大家讨论下，在游
行或者向非华人群体表述整个事件的时候，怎样的叙事方式更有力、更能帮助华人社区
争取到其他社群支持。尤其在当下这个Black Lives Matter的舆论环境下，我们的游行
是要更多结盟，而非树敌。
