发帖数: 32 | 1 Visa Screen Certificate到底是什么？我配偶申请绿卡，我还需要该证吗？
是护士办绿卡必须的一样材料，就象是出生证明，护士执照一样，是移民局对以护士为途径申请执业移民的卫生人员的必须证书。是由THE
INTERNATIONAL COMMISSION ON HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS A DIVISON OF CGFNS出具的。
在1996年，因为外国护士的英语水平参差不齐，国会通过了一个修改法案要求CGFNS评估
外国护士的学历，背景以及英语水平，叫做SECTION 212A5C. 所有申请人要向CGFNS递交
学历证明，护理课程和实习证明，本国的护士执照和IELTS或者TOEFL的顺利通过成绩（这
点，美国毕业的外国护士可免），当然还有钞票（刚涨价了）。通过了CGFNS的评估后，
申请人能拿到Visa Screen Certificate。
配偶帮你申请绿卡的，无需该证。
美国护士毕业的，需要该证，但是豁免英语要求。
英语要求
托福单项口语26分，总分要83分
雅思A类单项口语7，总分要6.5分 |

事情是这样的，我们在2007年七月大潮的时候提交的I-485申请，这个月CURRENT。刚收
到移民局的RFE。需要提供CURRENT 的VISA SCREEN CERTIFICATE，还有就是现在
EMPLOYMENT LETTER。一查才发现原来VISA SCREEN是五年到期的，她是在美国读的护士
所以当初申请过一次之后这么多年了再也没过，几乎没有印象了，时间仓促（只有80几
天） 请问版上有类似经历的给些指导。下面是我查到的一些信息和疑问。
如果过期时间超过一年，那么还可以做ONLINE的RENEW吗？如果不可以，现在重新申请
要多久的批复时间？
如果可以申请，官网上的一些信息，我的理解是第一次办的时候登记过他家的网上账
户，LICENSE,DIPLOMA之类都还在，那么是不是只需要补齐CURRENT的RN LICENSE 和符
合下面这个工作条件来WAIVE 他们的ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS就可以了呢? 那么这样网上

常接近。
1〉开始会问些你的学历背景工作经历，犯罪纪律，是否要visa sponsor等，问题非常
routine，好像他们从来没看过你简历一样。
2> 会问到你的那些qualification related to this position
3> 4-5个behavior question, including teamwork, creative, flexibility,
frustrated experience等（ may need example）
4〉詈蠡嵛誓阌惺裁匆钩涞?-可以趁机强调自己强项， 同时你有机会提问题，不过
他们也回答不了什么关于这个职位的问题，毕竟是外包公司。
一般这个screening 会有30-45分钟，有可能会安排到晚上和周末。你说的时候对方会
进行电脑输入。注意你如果用到很专业的词汇，他们未必听得懂或会问你怎么拼写。谈
话结束后面试你的人会写个简短评价，可能会关系到你是否进入下一轮跟hiring
manager的电话面试。

激素过多。
primary HTN 才是潜在的杀手，很多时候人们根本意识不到，直到并发症出现。它和基
因有很大关联。所以，通过screening 就可以直自己是否携带 salt sensitivity 等相
关基因。这样就可以尽早采取防护措施。比如，注意饮食，多锻炼，常测血压。 |
