在地板上, 在用手掌大的洗碗海綿上 sealer, 上完出去吃飯 home depot 購物. 回家
一看, 地板上足印手掌印和幾條小河一樣的... sealer 已差不多硬了...
不想讓她老人家不安, 乘老爸老媽洗澡, 我再倒一些 sealer 嘗試塗平不成功. 有不有
什麼法子補救啊? |

发帖数: 5112 | 2 这个周末把grout弄完了。买的是homedepot样品里面的瓷砖和grout，配套的，sealer
也是HD的人帮着推荐的。LD自己去买的，买回来以后包装上写的是fawn，我查了一下应
该是颜色深一些的不是白色的，挺开心的，因为听说颜色浅的即便seal了时间久了也会
容易脏。昨天上了一半的grout，湿的时候颜色是有些深褐色，感觉还不错，今天早上
去看竟然成了类似白色的了，很浅，倒是不难看。包装上写的是fawn，怎么会是类似白
色的了。。。
另外，youtube视频里面有人推荐弄好grout以后的几天用喷壶每天都喷一遍grout好让
它保持湿润慢慢的干，这样对grout好。不过我看grout包装袋子上没提这个事情，是不
是可以不用那么麻烦啊？以前光在理发店见过往头发上喷水的，但不知道哪里有卖的？
关于sealer,grout包装袋上说2周以后才能seal...我们买的是这种瓷砖，看描述上应该
是glazed的吧，

我自己家厨房SEAL ３次了， 最近还帮朋友SEAL一次。很容易的，除了第一次用太多
SEALER，其它都很好。 SEALER多了就是雾雾的，要多擦才亮。SEALER 正好擦的时候容
易些。
用的是AMAZON卖的BULLET PROOF。 |

发帖数: 1262 | 7 房子快十年旧了，邻居都粉刷了外墙，我也准备粉刷一下，问了几家报价，差别很大。
从2000到5000。就是包括pressure wash，caulk接缝，刷漆。
问了贵的那家为什么价格高这么多，除了吹嘘他们用好的涂料外，他说他们要有两道工
序：第一遍是spray sealer（不是刷，是spray），等俩天后再进行第二遍刷漆。这样
颜色均匀，持久。
之后又问他到底什么sealer， 他说是 Sealer conditioner and primer.
我网上查了一下，好像primer不是必须，只是用于局部破损的地方修补。是这么回事吗
？一般房子外面只需要刷一层（遍）漆吧？
我的外墙是这种一条一条的类似水泥板的板子（请看网上盗图）。如果选sherwin
williams的牌子（这个牌子是不是比较好？），具体款／类别有什么讲究或者推荐吗？

Just spill a few drops of water on its surface, let it dwell for 5 minutes

知道怎么搞了。但是我有个问题，我看到一些视频是在瓷砖铺好以后再用刮刀上一层
grout把瓷砖之间的缝隙给填上。这难道不是应该用caulk来填缝隙的么？如果照着视频
上的用刮刀抹上一层grout，是不是等干了后再把多余的grout擦掉，然后上grout
sealer。如果说我完全不用grout，直接铺完瓷砖后用caulk来填缝隙可以么？ |

，就完了。那个用在wall上很麻烦。当时没做调查，后来人家说这几个牌子是好的。
aqua mix的sealer's choice gold; miracle 511; dupont, stonetech的blueproof.
基本都是30刀1quart。我后来试过511的，用那种小小刷子沾了刷也还挺好弄的。貌似
虽然贵但不怎么浪费。有人数aqua的那个弄countertop可以管很多年 |

我还一直以为grout seal以后就是那个样子呢。。。第一遍上的时候一边上一边满脑子
问号，怎么sealer跟水一样都渗下去了，也没啥膜形成，所以以为一次不够要两次才行

grout, if I were you, I use black color.
The resin grout I am talking about here is furan resin, not the cheap epoxy
resin, which is commonly called epoxy grout.
Get sandless version if you want smooth finish. |
