season 了一下,
也一直不确定自己到底season的对不对, 所以上来请教下:
1. 我的方法是, 开火到median, 然后摸上一层油, 等烧的差不多了, 就再上一层, 直
到反复感觉差不多
都黑了为止. 请问, 我这个底的颜色看上去是不是season好的感觉啊?
2. 是不是season就是裹一层'黑油'啊? 我在洗的时候感觉稍微'蹭了点漆', 具体看图.
是不是下次继续
上油, 烧菜, 黑'涂层'就会越来越厚, 锅月用越好?
3. 由于家里是平底电磁炉, 周围一圈我高温烧不到. 这种情况还要season么?

新铁锅简单season过，炒菜后没马上洗, 生锈了。于是把锈磨掉，又season一次，
这次用的是锅子店的方法，百分之百的照着视频一步一步的做，锅里锅外全部都season到
，这下再也不会生锈了。几年来我一直都想有个中式烹调爆炒的season好了的薄铁锅，终
于如愿以偿。
切记刚season好的锅不可炒酸的食材，比如番茄，放醋的菜等，也不要用来煮汤。
至少用过五十几次，等锅里的patina（黑色的防粘层）逐渐形成后再炒酸的食材或煮汤也
不迟。在patina形成前酸性食物很容易让锅生锈。 |

iron的，铸铁？那玩意太沉了啊。针对沉的问题有人推荐carbon steel的，看起来普
遍反映不错。
产品介绍说买回来需要season一下，好像就是均匀地摸一层油，然后烧热。看起来这个
season不是一劳永逸的。那么多久需要season一次呢？
还有，网上说要用那种刷锅专用的东西（我家管那叫‘吹诌’）来刷，不能用soap, 更
不能用洗碗机。我又犹豫了。
这种过season过以后就不沾了吗？比如炒鸡蛋，炒饭，炒肉，都不沾了？

什么了。upper international巨大的mogul，还是挺好玩的。
最后一次了，今天27号，算起来这个season一共滑了27次，加上一次带小孩去tubing，
勉强刚好跟朋友的记录28次持平。绝大部分时间在snoqualmie central/Alpental,还有
两次crystal，一次stevens，一次Baker。
很幸运我的第一个season雪这么好，也很幸运认识了很多很好的朋友，耐心地指导，提
供ride。该去的地方都去看过了，能滑的道也基本都滑过了，想想开始定的在蓝道上
feel comfortable的计划，算是超额完成目标。
明年计划再巩固一年ski，然后下一个season等我们家老大开始学ski的时候，我来开始
学学board。

Seasons 6-8 is also on sale for $25.99.

我买回来先做了一回牛排。。。用的牛油
然后还摊了面饼。。。
不过我家胖子洗锅子很用力，估计没多久也就被他洗掉了
上次谁的帖子里说，season过的会有黑渣渣，我还研究过，刚买来的时候确实有那个
season后的黑渣渣，心想不需要season了呢，不过做面饼用来season倒是很好的法子哈哈 |

去年是买adventure园子的season pass，再加10刀，就是两个园子一起的season pass
。daily admission的话网上买30多，safari再加10刀，所以要买season pass肯定是买
