visit US. The agent said I need send check to them (or transfer money via
bank) first then 中國出票, and send the e-ticket to me at the same time. If
I use credit card, then add 4%, which is about $100 more.
I feel this is wire. Does everybody buy ticket this way?
The agent is Jessica Yang in NYC Miss L Travel Inc. 天淼旅行社. The
reference looks good.

Suddenly realize I am not sure where to send them:
I filed 485 after I-140 apprvoal. According to instruction of 485 online
form, I will mail it to Phoenix coz I live in IL. But the arroval notice 797
says "I-485...should be submitted with the appropriate fee, to this Serive
Center". The address in I-797 is TSC.
Who can tell me wehre shall I send? Urgent!! Thank you. |

paypal account and sent the gift money without you, the account owner's
consent. If you do this, it's fraud. You would need to sign an affidavit
under penalty of purjery to claim your account is stolen. You won't have the
gall to do it.
CC? The whole point of sending as gift for a purchase is to avoid fee. If
you pay with CC, the 2.9% fee is still there and defeats the purpose.
