到某大公司的新职位了,走掉了.所以位子就空出来了.现在正在面试招人.
要找的是Senior level的人,必须经验丰富,我们用的是Altium 10,Digital和RF的板子
都要会做.一大堆活等着了,所以没有时间让你从头开始学起,得一来就上手干活.
H1B可能办不了了,刚把另一个分公司并进来,那家分公司是做军队生意的,所以现在整个
building都把关把的很严,来拜访的人都把关很严了.但是如果有绿卡应该没问题,当然
perfer是公民.

我没有推荐费拿的,只是真的需要人干活,老这么耗着也不是事. |

不过多少工资，取决于公司。
专业不热门的话，senior scientist给6、7万的不少。给太告了，反而容易被取代。前
不久不是有个生物的在某生物小公司做很多技术活，但是工资给的低；要求高工资后来
被解雇了。
所以工资要看你专业的job market。

Amzon's recruiters used that to manipulate the "title" (senior here).
Suggestion:
Get the real offer letter first. If you didn't find "level 6" or "senior SDE
", reject it. That is, your recruiter lied and lied such that he or she can
get the commission. Whether you will stay or will have a career, they can't
care less.

，4万吧，不可能超过15万。20万的senior package只有FLG才可能。

Senior级别的应该还是干活的主力，写程序、code review, debug等也是需要的。即使
是architect也会写framework和核心算法结构，否则就是纸上谈兵。
如果是director或VP级的，或者不是dev discipline的，不清楚具体程序怎么做的，那
么情有可原。
比如像Scott Guthrie http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Guthrie，微软EVP，你去问ASP.NET具体程序问题，他应该可以回答上来。有次他在大会上作demo时，website出问题，一般处理情况是换机器或随便打圆场，他的解决办法是看程序找bug。
还有无数工作十几或二十几年的architect，级别过senior的，做产品架构的，编程能
力和调试能力都很好，算法摸的门清，也就是打字速度稍微慢一点而已。核心算法都设
计优化不了，还谈什么架构？
另外，说以前干过的东西不记得某些细节可以原谅，但最基本的东西忘在脑后还是不应
该的。记忆力是区分普通人和牛人的重要因素，尤其是engineering领域。我是没有... 阅读全帖 |
