answers on coronary anatomy, again there are risks associated with it since
it's invasive and contrast dye is used, but then again, i was told when you
receive the contrast there is a rush sensation that is better than
intercourse so it might be something to look forward to,

盗汗=night sweats
但是总有点怕凉，而且稍微动动就狂出汗，主要在后脑勺(still sensitive to cold.

仔细辨认了一下，应该不是我自己肚子的gas在动或者什么
赶紧喊ld趴肚子上听听，他也说听到了很清楚的泡泡声音
当下根据在版上积累的信息反应觉得是宝宝在打嗝
后来又在babycenter上看到说第一次感觉到胎动就是像popcorn popping, a goldfish
swimming around, butterflies fluttering, a tapping sensation, and bubbles，
而且是静静坐着或者躺着的时候更容易感觉到，虽说一般感觉到第一次胎动发生在16-
20周，但也不排
除更早的可能。对照这些描述，又觉得好像我听到的泡泡声是胎动
这样的泡泡声隔了一天睡觉前又听到了一次，但是这几天睡前又听不到了。。。
向有经验的mms讨教一下，这个泡泡声，或者说泡泡的感觉到底是什么呢？

发帖数: 1121 | 32 看大家都在问perineum massage和呼吸法的事情，我就在这里提一下。
关于perineum massage，mm们可以搜索一下子，中文搜“会阴按摩”，英文搜“
perineum massage”，方法其实都大同小异。我midwife当时教我的是用手指往后面拉
的动作，一开始的时候感觉有点点疼（就是大家说的burning sensation），后来慢慢
就好了。这个提前个4，5周做就可以了吧，不过也有人在second trimester就做的。我
是等到快最后了才做的，效果也还可以。
还有就是如果想减少撕裂，那么在push的时候要注意不要瞎用劲儿，到宝宝快出来的时
候要慢慢的用力，我当时可能就还是力气大了一些，所以破了一些小口子，midwife说
是1度撕裂（不过我在push的时候midwife一边帮我massage，一边说这个是一定要撕裂
的。。。搞的我很郁闷）。我感觉因为我当时没有用epidural，所以用力的时候有感觉
，比较容易掌控。
关于呼吸法，大家一致推荐的是lamaze呼吸法，不过我没有看过真正的lamaze呼吸法是
什么，既然大家都推荐那一定是有他的好处吧。我也 |

只能朝前坐看多拉的singing sensation那盘DVD。不然我根本无法开车
不过儿医说现在又有新规定：要到２岁才能超前坐。我不管那套，他在后面急叫更容易
出车祸
我买的是britax马拉松到６０磅，我还有一个随便买的evenflo忘了哪个型号了，反正
２０奥夫之后才不到５０刀，可以坐到４０磅，前后都行。我觉得挺好的，孩子大了之
后再买个booster seat。没必要买那么贵的 |

of leg, go to find a different dr. they will continue either order phsical

，做完后住院医生说可能是epidural没有外全消失，或是脊柱里面本来就有东西压迫神

我在书上看到说 五六个月以后 小孩就会对安慰奶嘴有emotional need
之前是sucking sensation导致的身体需要
我希望是五六个月的时候就戒。因为不想让宝宝对奶嘴上瘾 这样做的前提是你有另外
的办法安慰宝宝 使宝宝安静下来甚至入睡
在宝宝建立了sucking sleeping association 以后，想要break the association，就
只有sleep train了 |

宝宝每天睡下后，每一到两个小时醒一次，一晚上醒个七八次，九十次，不是要喝奶，
就是醒了要人哄。有时安慰奶嘴管用，有时安慰奶嘴不管用，要抱，放下就醒，有时只
有喂奶才能让宝宝安静下来。非常不consistent。宝宝很容易入睡，所以我了解到，其
实宝宝是没有自己入睡的能力。而不是常见的overtired，也不是作息没有规律。娃妈
，也就是lz我，白天还要上班，开车五十分钟单边，精神压力极大，老是发脾气。这种
情况断断续续的持续了好几个月。
sleep train的精神动力来自于一本叫healthy sleep habits，happy child这本书。
Train前总共读了三本关于宝宝睡觉的书，另外两本是no cry sleep solution和the
happiest baby on the block。其实no cry sleep solution是本挺好的书，教你怎么
循序渐进的改掉某种习惯。比如戒掉奶嘴，比如断掉co-sleep等等。书里介绍了很多方
法，但是对于宝宝睡眠的理论介绍的比较少。我最开始也是用的这个方法，想要戒掉安

用理会她吸奶嘴的习惯。五六个月以后喂食辅食后sucking会逐渐减弱。但是这段时期
宝宝会开始对安慰奶嘴产生心理依赖。
宝宝学会自己入睡是必然的。想要加速这一过程就需要让宝宝适当的哭一哭
其实如果宝宝睡眠习惯没问题 而且只有入睡时才需要安慰奶嘴的话 我觉得可以不用太
担心 等宝宝大了 懂事以后 比如两岁时 想要戒安慰奶嘴有很多trick
如果宝宝白天量上不去 断夜奶不容易 等到九个月以后再断吧 |
