的“金凤汉学说(Bonghan Theory)”重新被学者们提上了研究的话题。
尽管我身为国际生命信息科学会的正式会员，那段时期实在是公私兼忙脱不了身，
很遗憾没能出席这次研讨会。但是，读了学会秘书处寄来的会议讲演集，遗憾的心情好
歹有了一点安慰。
我知道“凤汉小体”一词，是在80年代初的时候。当时，我从上海中医学院（1994
年末升格为上海中医药大学）附属曙光医院推拿科调到已故俞大方老师担任主任的上海
中医学院针灸推拿系推拿教研室。

2010年12月，冲绳石垣市（日本法律将此列岛归属于该市管辖）通过议案宣布将1月14
日定为“尖阁列岛开拓纪念日”，以纪念116年前日本内阁将此列岛划为日本领土的日
子。中国立即表示了抗议。
石垣市的举动可援引自2005年岛根县议会通过“竹岛日”，以纪念日本兼并竹岛100周
年的日子。该岛目前置于韩国的实际控制和管理之下，韩国方面称之为独岛。岛根县的
举动招来了韩国方面的强烈抗议。此次来自中国的抗议不会比韩国温和。为什么这些贫
瘠的、只有濒于灭绝的短尾信天翁栖息的、无人居住的礁石会对这些国家有如此重要性
？这些岛屿到底属于哪个国家？怎样才能解决领土争议？

The U.S. Geological Survey has detected a magnitude 4.9 earthquake in North
Korea. It isn't immediately clear whether North Korea has conducted its

三星新成立的研究基金未来10年将在基础技术研究方面投入1.35万亿韩元(约合13.5亿
美元)，今年投资额为3000亿韩元。2017年前投资总额将达到7500亿韩元，后5年三星将

如果按棒子们当初的要求，无视约定俗成硬要把Seoul一定音译成“首尔”的劲头，
Korea应音译成“高丽”，Republic of Korea应翻译成“高丽共和国”。
