我一直在版上买sephora 卡用，几百到上千不等，一直比较顺利。通常我都是只要卡号
，有时一个订单需要订比较多的东西，就需要并卡 （他们网站一次只能用一张卡）。
今天这倒霉的事情就发生了。 上个礼拜在ebay买了三张卡，共$450 （一个卖家，
feedback 很不错， 看得出来以前也卖sephora GC），我手里有一张从版上买的卡，还
剩30块， 打电话并卡。告之，须等两个小时，然后回复我。我没在意，因为以前也知
道不是每个客服人员都会并。等了几个小时，是他们security department的电话，直
问卡哪来的，我说ebay (后来很后悔，当时不觉得这卡是肉鸡卡，现在也不觉得，不过
我想可能其他商家很忌讳恶霸）, 他说这是违反他们规定的，他们要取消余额，而且
要remove 所有恶霸上的卡。我说什么规定，能给我看看么？他说他尽快找，会给我
email. 他还问我能understand么，我说不能，我想看规定。
电话挂了，过了几分钟，卡的余额就没了， 共$480。
我认为，这个规定他们没有明确写出，就不能随便remove c |
