标 题: 第二张settlement check没有兑现，就自动失去领取后续settlement check的资格了？

05/05/2017他们寄出第二张settlement check，VOID after 180 days，因为我当时人
在中国，没有去兑现。最近我回到美国了，发现了这张支票，打他们的电话1-866-565-
7718.被告知已经VOID的支票不再补发，而且因为我没有兑现第二张settlement check
，自动失去了领取今年2月15日最后final settlement check的资格了。
他们这样做有法律根据么？是行业惯例么？
急盼赐教！

between the Davenport Diocese and victims of clergy abuse.

发帖数: 499 | 10 看到很多人抱怨lenovo笔记本的显卡有问题，想起来这好像的确是nvidia的问题。
Nvidia 07-08年的笔记本显卡有问题，影响到Dell，HP和Apple的诸多型号笔记本。我们
家07年的Dell Vostro 1400也未幸免，Nvidia GeForce 8400M GS 128M。现象是花屏，
黑屏，有竖纹。现在有个集体诉讼，网址如下：NvidiaSettlement.com。有涉及的不妨
关注一下。
现在再按照dell的tag去网上查笔记本的配置，已经查不到nvidia显卡的part number了
，估计dell给删了，实在无语。好在还有原来的receipt。
当然从另一方面说，lenovo的笔记本应该不会对nvidia免疫，但是lenovo在个settleme
nt里并没啥表示，也好不到哪里去。 |
