那里看了很久了，是unexplained, 做了6次IUI也没有成功。期间我们也到Johns
Hopkins 找一个医生for second opinion，但那个医生什么也没说，只说如果我们还没
有做过laparoscopy,他可以做, Shady Grove是不做surgery的。我们在网上做了
research，laparoscopy不是一个必须的检查项目，所以我们就直接做ivf了。我觉得Dr
Saffan， 怎么说呢， 无功无过吧，倒是我们碰到的护士都挺好的。 我不认识你的护
士，你是在哪个office? 我们 Office里的人几乎都认识我了，老病号，老大难啊。 |

沙漠中的夜晚是很舒服的。白天的热气渐渐的散了，我们吃完了晚饭围着篝火聊天。狐
狸们出来觅食，一点也不怕生的跑到我们露宿的营地来，我们都说也许这一带的狐狸都
被tourists给娇惯地快成家养的了。:)Shady一个人早早地就困了，趟下来睡觉。我们
见这里的狐狸如此大胆就决定跟Shady开个玩笑。Rob在Shady的肚子上放了一块pita(
Egyptian bread)引着狐狸们来吃，果真就有一只胆大的狐狸小心谨慎地靠拢来，就在
它爬上Shady的肩头时我们一群人争先恐后地按快门，一阵闪光把狐狸给吓跑了(当然跑
掉之前没忘记刁走那块pita)，把Shady也弄醒了。我们也都开始打点地铺准备休息。每
个人分到一块单人床那么大的海绵垫子，上面铺了睡袋，这就是我们晚上露宿的一切装
备了。息了篝火和车灯以后，星星显得更明亮了。我们趟在沙地上兴奋地在满天的星空
中寻找流星，过一会儿就会听见某个人大叫起来，“那里，那里！”三五个回合之后每
个人都见到了一颗，大家终于渐渐地安静下来了。我以前觉得天空是和地面分割地很清
楚的，可是睡在沙漠中的这一夜却真的领略到了什么是“穹顶”。星空罩在我们 |

不过小学排名变化很大,尤其是这个按照通过率来排的
我的理解是前50(VA有1050所小学)都可以考虑,
稳定在前10/20的应该就是非常好的公立学校了

就注册去上课了，发现价格已经改了，是$19，
不过用promotion code (X2B-C8B-A94) 依然可以减少$2。
现在已经不能只是开着电脑耗时间了，我试着开机，但出去了3-4个小时，回来就要求
重新log in了。而且也不能直接参加final exam，必须答对各章的所有试题才能到达
final exam，而且各章的题目之后还有一题“security question”，就是问关于前面
学习材料中的图片、录像中的内容，所以还不得不点击看看，总共也需要不少时间。不
过有个节约时间的方法，就是先到问题的一页，看完问题再点击“previous”回到前一
页寻找答案，利用IE的“编辑”菜单下“查找（在当前页）”的功能可以快速定位。如
果中途log off再回来log in，得一页页翻过之前做过的章节，不过不需要重新做题就
是。到达上次退出地方，就自动加载之前这一章的内容。
