发帖数: 809 | 10 Birthday climb :-) 五月底去的那次遗憾很多，一直想再去一次。之前在家连着霉了
一个多月，眼看着日头越来越短，估摸着再不爬今年就没机会了。星期一是个好天，抓
了一个很猛的韩国小mm一起爬。
7点半往右从停车场出发的，approach轻车熟路，很快到了climb base。之前说好前10
个pictch，我lead奇数，Shine lead偶数，最后一个pitch留给Shine。开始爬的时候有
日光了，不过太阳还没出来，手指冻得哆哆嗦嗦的。第一个pitch很简单，不过bolt也
很少，好像只有4个，颇浪费了一点时间在找bolt/route上。第三个pitch开始是个
dihedral，两三个clip之后跨到右面的墙上，那个step对我有点高，折腾了一会。回来
查了一下，居然只有5.7+，郁闷。第四个pitch的rope drag相当大，Shine用对讲机让
我给slack，说她像pull a bus，我说我这头已经给太多了，rope drag，您忍忍吧...
后来上去clean，看她大部分已经用的是single runner的draw，而且后半程基本隔一个

各种不舒服，各种惭愧，所以把Meat Puppets三首略过了。但是熟悉Unplugged的人知
道，最后这首必须唱，不唱是逃跑行为。一遍过，效果不管，我唱了，我爽了，我存在
。熟悉的人知道听的点在哪里，不过要顺序听，不要直接拉到后面哦。不熟悉的，不要
被吓到……
关于Nirvana,抒发几句吧。Unplugged in New York是我1999年开始听西方摇滚的入门
功课。这个翻唱系列结束了，原来有14首歌，我唱了正好一半。其实我最喜欢的几首是
Kurt Cobain翻唱的Meat Puppets的三首，Lake of Fire没唱挺遗憾，那个尾奏吉他我
还钻研过，太好听了。这首本不是我特别喜欢的，但是翻唱完，又听了原唱，真觉得是
原唱是个神奇的演
绎。这是一首19世纪的民歌，旋律同Kurt Cobain自己的作品一样，两三句翻来覆去，
但是它的，也是这整个演唱会的神奇之处就是能感动人，也有着纯音乐的美丽。不熟悉
的同学非常建议找找视频来看。

其中一个我觉得很有趣也开始成熟的是「量化自我」(Quantified Self)。这是一种用
各种感测器记录个人身体状态数据的「新运动」，从心跳、体温、血压、心理状态、每
天吃的食物、睡眠品质和时间、等等都把它量化并记录下来。这些数据非常有价值，除
了可以用来积极改善自己的健康和体能状态，在疾病发生时也可以提早有所警觉，甚至
回头追踪出致病的源头。
量化自我听起来很酷，现在也成熟到了有很多产品可以选择的程度。但如果再进一步来
看，量化自我的范围其实太小了，世界已经进展到了「量化生活」(Quantified Life)
。也就是一个人生活周遭的一切，不只是自己的身体，也包含自己所住的房子，开的车
，甚至走路经过的地方和路边的景色，都可以被量化、记录、甚至传到网路上的某个地
方加以组合和应用。

我还蛮常想像未来人类的生活型态会是什么样子，网路和行动装置的革命之后会是什么？
其中一个我觉得很有趣也开始成熟的是「量化自我」(Quantified Self)。这是一种用
各种感测器记录个人身体状态数据的「新运动」，从心跳、体温、血压、心理状态、每
天吃的食物、睡眠品质和时间、等等都把它量化并记录下来。这些数据非常有价值，除
了可以用来积极改善自己的健康和体能状态，在疾病发生时也可以提早有所警觉，甚至
回头追踪出致病的源头。
量化自我听起来很酷，现在也成熟到了有很多产品可以选择的程度。但如果再进一步来
看，量化自我的范围其实太小了，世界已经进展到了「量化生活」(Quantified Life)
。也就是一个人生活周遭的一切，不只是自己的身体，也包含自己所住的房子，开的车
