是全美最clean最shining的2011年的二手车了，车主是美国69岁身体很不好的一个白老
太太，车子到我手里，只有 7060 miles，去年一年里，车子只跑了400miles，上次换
机油，还是2.5年前3060miles的时候呢。可以相信，这车子在她手里，基本都是静静的
躺在她的garage里了。
车子是Satin Cashmere Metallic的颜色。除了没有Navigation, 其它的premium
package都有。老太太当初是$42，000买的。
$29,500 cash。 到手了，马上换了机油。
真的同新车是一样, so shining & clean. 我和老婆都好喜欢。
本来是想买Volvo了，但最后还是搞了一辆日本车，没有躲过去啊。

是昨天我不小心看到了一篇新闻文章，才惊讶的发现其实最早做出来的，有可能是
Wayne State University的潘卓华。虽然他的投稿时间和Deisseroth的类似，但是因为
他是一个没有什么名气的学者，而且他的文章包装得不对，所以他的文章被百般耽误，
最后比Deisseroth的晚了一年才发表。
在2004年底潘就做出了和Deisseroth几乎一样的文章，除了用的细胞略微不同：他做的
神经细胞是从视网膜分离的，而Deisseroth 做的神经细胞是从大脑分离的。然后他把
文章陆续投向Nature, Nature Neuroscience,Journal of Neuroscience，却统统遭到
了拒稿。然后大半年之后，也就是2005年8月份，Deisseroth 的文章发表在Nature
Neuroscience上。潘得知之后，心都凉了。

呵呵，可能只能算年记了。因为今年的感恩节对我来说有点特别，因为上周刚刚拿到工
作offer，说感恩节之后开始上班。算得上是人生的一个转变了。当学生当得太久，对
于这个新的开始还是充满期待的。在这个感恩的日子，我首先要感谢两个最重要人，我
的一半儿，还有妈妈。
一半儿总说我这个人让他操碎了心，但他还是那么不厌其烦的帮助我。无论是学习还是
生活，我总是依赖着他，什么事搞不定了先想到要问他该怎么办，赶进度着急上火的时
候要找他寻求心理安慰。就这么被他推着，拽着，一个一个任务都渐渐完成了，毕业的
目标，找工作的目标也都达成了，在这个过程中我也学到了很多，渐渐的成长起来。亲
爱的一半儿，感谢你，我最大的感谢就是以后努力上你少操点心：P。 然后，是要感谢
这个世界上最给力的妈妈，妈妈在我忙毕业，跟老公两地的这一年里，无微不至地照顾

为期间他的血压有所回升。我一度以为奇迹出现，就更用力地抱他，更大声地说话。可
是生命的力量还是抵挡不住癌细胞的吞噬。他的血压一路滑落，最后凌晨近四时，他大
声喘了几口气，发出类似叹气的声音，眼角慢慢沁出一滴泪水。医疗监视器的警告声提
醒我，This is it。我的坚强的老公啊，我认识他以来从来没见他哭过，总算在他人生
的最后时刻，流下了一滴泪水。。

EQ, shine over your boss是原罪，小年轻不懂，你可以教教他。
1)如果你不想做那个整他的人，可以把他manage out，骗/逼他换组。换组换公司都是
一个需要重新build up credit的过程，可以延长他的升职周期，如果他最终还是要升
职，那也不是你能挡的住的。
2)如果你要亲自下手整他，要用捧杀的办法。一面口头高调表扬，到处散播你对他寄予
厚望的信息。同时加大他的工作量和难度，直到他受不了而自己说不为止，或者等他按
期不能deliver，然后你就可以顺利成章的说I'm very disappointed，他的Review上你
就可以写below expectation。

，也总还是要拿来为生活增添“小确幸”。
稳定的日本社会其实也在发生着变化，关于水果，也一样。近日，日本厚生劳动省的“
国民健康·营养调查”发布的数据称，日本20-29岁年轻人，平均每人每天的果实类食
物摄取量是61克，而60-69岁的平均摄取量则降到了一半以下。这其中，58%的年轻人摄
取量为0，也就是完全不吃水果。
这项调查结果和日本一研究所的“蔬菜、水果的消费行为相关调查结果”所显示的倾向
基本一致。研究所的报告显示，吃水果的频率“一周不到一次，不吃”的人当中，30-
39岁的人占43%，20岁以下的人占55%。此外，逐渐不吃水果的倾向，正一年比一年明显
