私下解决, 让我把东西寄回去. 并在ebay message里说明会give full refund PLUS
returning shipping cost.
收到东西后, seller refund了我paypal的那笔款, 然而对于return shipping cost却
装傻, 说我理解错了. 说她指的 refund shipping cost是我一开始买东西时付的$15
shipping, 而不是returning shipping cost.
这个怎么样, 给丫个negative不冤吧? 除了negative feedback以外还能不能再开个
case让她有个record?
以后这种事情也长个记性了, 决不私下了, 一定要开了eBay case有记录 |

要求退货。我发了message, 说发运前笔记本是好的，而且 item description 说了no
charger. 问他用的是什么model的charger，多少伏的，多少瓦的. 他死活不说是什么
牌子的charger，也不告知detail.
ebay来信建议我接受退货。后来我想了想，买家如果用锤子砸坏了电脑，声称是运输途
中损坏，再退，损失更大。就接受了退货。
货到之后，先打开相机到录像模式，把收报到的包裹四面录了一遍，把买家贴在上面的
return shipping label 也录， 然后用剪子开包裹，插电源，power on， 没有任何问
题，把录像停了。把录像上传到个人网站。
把链接发给ebay，打电话给ebay，说买家abuse ebay shipping policy. 电脑没任何问
题，买家非要找借口退货。买家应该负担return shipping fee. 转了三个部门，他们
