return IF company laid off employee. It is different from what you resign
yourself. I do not see the point you worked for 2 full years, get lay-off,
the company asked for return.
But if it is resignation letter, it is different. Most bonus does not need
to return after 1-2 yrs, check your job offer letter. You could ask your
manager if he could help - but not sure.

实IT也是这样，FLG有sign－on，小的公司很多都没有。还有就是，如果你直接从
academic去公司，拿到会少一些。如果从一个公司转去另一个公司，拿到的会多一些，
sign－on通常用来铺贴前一个公司的股票和退休金的损失。如果你刚结束postdoc或者
PhD，跳槽对你没有任何的损失。
最后，以后这种问题去制药版问比较好。生物版，最近火气比较大。 |

女朋友昨天在stop sign停车，和前面的车可能离得有些近了，那里有些坡度，结果前
面的手动档bmw倒了回来，把她的车(Audi)撞了。然后前车司机（老莫，女）下来以后
，前车又溜车，撞了过来。bmw后面没什么事情，但是我女朋友的车前面有些小裂纹，
车牌的框子也撞坏了。
那女的一个劲着急要走，我女朋友一时疏忽也没有叫警察。双方交换了保险信息，然后
互相拍了驾照。结果回家给对方保险公司打电话，对方的保险早就过期了！ 现在也没
有那人电话，但是驾照上有地址。（不知道驾照是不是假的。。。）
请教有经验的前辈，这个现在应该怎么处理能把损失和风险减小？我的考虑主要是她拍
了驾照给别人，还把保险给了，还没有报警。
我的想法是让她联系自己的保险公司，告诉情况。然后现在报警还来得及吗？
