Just did some research to Sina's financial:
2009 revenue $358.6 million, 2010 YTD (first 3 quarters): 292.7 million.
The market cap: 4.34 billion, which means P/S ration 11-12.
Normally P/S more than 6 is not sustainable unless for extrodinary high
growth potential. However, if based on the latest financials, the revenue
growth should not be more than 15%. Am I missing anything? |
