and plenty of green plants around. You may ask for WFH or bring you laptop

连在一起，需要买master insurance，一般都会有HOA，要交HOA费。对于银行来说，连
在一起的房子风险大，因为很可能受其他房子的牵连而导致房屋受损。。。
不过，话说回来，对于房主来说，主要看自己愿不愿意打理草坪、扫树叶、铲雪了，有
些HOA是负责管这些的，当然，也是因为交了HOA fee。 |

1.如果价格一样，是不是townhouse的费用高？比如要交管理费什么的。
2.没想着能升值什么的，只要不亏就行了，这样看来是不是学校附近的房价比较稳定呢？

有single house，也有condo甚至是commercial properties。然而，对于PUD来说户主
既拥有建筑（building），也拥有土地（land）。HOA只负责一小部分公共地带。从您
这个$14的HOA费用来看，HOA负责的东西只有极少极少，比如选举HOA board members，
一点点的drive way maintenance等等。同时PUD在这一块lot里所占的土地（land）应
该会比纯single family house要小一些。 |

人占50%以上的区买这种房子。
或者是先在好区买个townhouse，过5年以后攒点钱再买个大点的single house。
地点在新泽西南部大普林斯顿地区。
