转成Toddler bed 需要一个toddler rail，crib一般都会有自己配套的toddler rail，
也有这种universal rail所有crib都可以用，价格便宜但是不太好看，像下面这种的：

老二出生时,老大就一岁半了. 家里有一个老大INFANT 时候用的CRIB,所以想就不
用买CRIB给老二了.反正老大现在不睡CRIB,睡在QUEEN SIZE 的大矮床垫上. 老二就用
老大的CRIB吧.
不过,那个QUEEN SIZE的大床垫,我们想放在老二的房间,便于大人照顾他. 老公说
给TODDLER的老大就买个MATTRESS, TWIN SIZE 的放在老大的房间就可以了. 我老是怕
TWIN SIZE 是不是还是太窄了,对于一个一岁半的孩子来说,真怕他滚掉下去,虽然床垫
很矮的.

size 4 还小呀, 我家娃现在穿slip on size 4 还可以 , 但pull ups 的2-3T太紧了,
所以没开封的给换了 3-4T, 开的这包只用了一个,剩下的估计要浪费了.
如果Size M 和 slip on 的size 5差不多, 那估计我家娃穿中号就可以了, 但是如何和
pull ups 的2-3T, 那肯定要上大号了.
纠结呀,到底买哪个号, 已经浪费了一包pull ups 的2-3T, 真不想在浪费一包了.

举个例子，一个人做option，他输赢的几率是各百分之50，输的时候输30%，但是他比较会选股，
赢的时
候能净赚35%。他每次都all in，那么他能赚钱么？
我们来算一下，假设他开始资金10000，而且第一次是赢的。在十次交易后，他的钱还
剩下
10000*(1.35^5)*(0.7^5)=7536
为什么呢？就因为他不懂得size的重要性，每次都all in。
比较好的做法是每次交易都用7000块，3000块作为准备金，如果输了就填钱进去，赢了
就取钱出来。这
样trade的结果就是
((7000*1.35+7000*0.7)-(7000*2))*5 + 10000 = 11750
所以11750 和7536就是懂得size和不懂得size的差别。
建议新手们可以让自己在某一个时间段内保持同样的trade size，比如说2个月for
swing
trader，一个星期for day trader。另外一个好处是预留的cash可以随时伺机而动，遇
到了特别好
的机会不会着急没有钱进场。

lot frontage 大概 110尺, lot depth 是60尺.

在这里问大家一个问题：我们刚刚close的房子，在湾区。从始至终一直以为lot的大小
是6088 sqft，Redfin，Zillow，卖家的list和appraisal列的lot size都是6088 sqft
。可是close完之后，我们查到有的网站上这个房子在county的public record里面，
lot size是5663 sqft，少了425 sqft！agent帮我们查了下，说county public record
确实是5663 sqft。可是很奇怪的是管交税的office of county assessor网站上有
assessor's parcel map，在这个地图上这个房子lot的长宽面积和开始卖家list的是一

比如band size，有的说直接量下围，量出来多少是多少；有的说在此基础上加5；有的
说加3。
cup size呢，有的说是中围减下围，有的是中围减（下围加5），有的是（下围加5）减
中围。
看了一下vs家的size chart，band size是斜着量的，估计大概相当于下围加3至5吧，
然后再用中围减band size。不知道这个算权威了吗？ |

下两种方法，都不能只改menu bar font size
1. System Preference -> Display -> resolution
resolution 变低后， font size 是大了，可是字体都不是很清楚，别的也虚了
2. 用 "command & +"
只能改变窗口显示内容的字体大小， 窗口本身menu bar font size 没有变化

from RFC 4121 and 24 bytes from RFC 4757), but the actual size from network
trace is plain text size + 60. Anyone know which size is correct? And where
the extra 4 bytes come from?

proportions。不过在medical jurnal上好像也有人把这个均值的差除以一个standard
deviation,算是一个standardized effect size. If the end point is a
continuous variable, and the comparison is between 2 groups with common
standard deviation assumption, then the standardized effect size, along with
alpha and beta, would be sufficient for a sample size calcultion based on

我想知道的是，如果每组病人之间有个一一对应的关系，那么该如何修改计算sample
size的公式，我看到一个说法是原sample size乘以（1-rho),但是这样sample size比
之前传统方法的更小，我觉得好像不合理，因为相对于传统方法，这种paired design
降低了randomization,因此需要的sample size应该更大才对。

Btw: when baby is small, you'd better use a slightly
larger diapers. Better ventilation and less rash.
We usually look for the lower weight range. For
example, size 1 is good for 8-15lb. Once your baby
gets 8lb, you can use size 1. size 2 is 12-18lb,
then once your baby gets 12lb, you can use size 2. |
