这个铷原子钟的固件有设计问题，一旦进入休眠后就没法唤醒，
这个问题最早是欧洲伽利略卫星上发现的，伽利略上有2台处于休眠状态的
备份铷钟，欧洲人发现一旦休眠就没法唤醒，备份铷钟其实屁用没有。
因为印度人也用了spectra的铷钟，也有同样的问题。
祖国2000年上天的北斗一也用了瑞士spectra的铷钟，不知道当时发现
了问题没有
当然，党妈的地位特殊，2000年打了2发北斗一后很快铷原子钟被禁运，
也算因祸得福吧 |

该能get principle components for each of the materials and the loadings for
each as a function of time.我就在想怎样去做这个loadings for each as a
function of time，是指用PLS-toolbox可以生成4个新的谱图，每个谱图有40多个
overlaid spectra(我的original spectra 有40多个?就好像是#1谱图代表起始物从0时
刻到最终时刻的谱图？但是不对阿，横坐标是时间啊，loadings在这里指什么？不是指
pure component spectra吗？那如何与时间关联？用那种3-D的图解释吗？那我应该生
成4种3-D的图对吗？横坐标是wavenumber,纵坐标还是intensity,然后Z轴排列不同的图？

配置 windshield 75% 前窗55%, 其余的后面35%，
1点半开始弄。 单独在一个parking garage搞的。
师傅说因为spectra的膜很贵，
所以他推了所有的车，专心给我的车贴，
我比了一下spectra的膜比一般的膜要厚多了，因此难度要大一些。
另外，我问了贴windshield 常不常见。
他说一般一个月才贴一次，而且都是特斯拉，因为特斯拉为了省电少开空调。
果然快7点才弄完，足足搞了5个多小时。
最后前窗的一个小玻璃里面有气泡，重新搞了一下。
其实气泡里面是根狗毛。
我估计他是不知道我的车里又多少狗毛。哈哈
弄后门的时候，似乎出了个小问题，按照师傅的说法是forester的后门的玻璃的封条贴
的太好了，一般他可以把膜伸进去一点，结果forester不行，所以切的膜稍微多了一点
，这样上面最后不得不留了很小的一个褶皱。 他说可以重贴。
其实我看了一下，后门顶部那个位置，要是不告诉我，我还看不到呢。鉴于时间太长了
（我和他们聊天都聊累了），就叫他不用重搞了， 给我打个折就行了，这样再总价上

我今天下午research的结果是Spectra Photosync 在加州还可以，
其他的州太麻烦了，找个dealer都费劲的要死，万一要来个warranty就烦了。
我现在准备50% all round，
至于windshield 我考虑一下是否要上90%的，
现在主要是觉得贴sticker的时候会不会影响到膜。
然后就是狗狗的爪子的问题了。 这也是我比较关心warrenty的原因。
3M的crystaline 比Spectra Photosync 只差一点点，而且红外的过滤更强。也便宜些。

今天Spectra PhotoSync和我联系了，我们州确实只有一个dealer。
Anyway，我和那个sales 侃了一把天，聊的很开心，最后他给了我个无法拒绝的报价。
Spectra PhotoSync $550 (includes front sides, rear sides and back window)
搞定。
高帅富要是这个价钱，那我肯定不会上3M crystalline了。嘿嘿
我又问他谈了一下winshield的价格，结果winshield有点高，要$250， 我明天准备再
接着谈，目标降到$150左右。
现在的问题是winshield倒底需不需要上？
我知道从防紫外的角度是不需要，但是如果是防热的角度呢？ 现在四面有三面都贴，
留一面不大好吧。 |

该纤维是世界范围内的稀缺物资，生产技术难度极大，目前国际上只有
荷兰帝斯曼公司（DSM）、
美国霍尼韦尔公司(Honeywell)、
日本东洋纺公司（Toyobo）的三家公司能够工业化生产，且年总产量不到9000
吨。
上世纪70年代末期，荷兰帝斯曼公司采用凝胶纺丝方法(Gelspinning)纺制超高分子量
聚乙烯纤维获得成功,并于1990年开始工业化生产，商标为dyneema。该公司是该纤维的
创始公司，也是该纤维世界上产量最高、质量最佳的制造商，年产量约5000吨。80年代
美国Allied-Singal公司购买了荷兰帝斯曼公司的专利，开发出了自己的生产工艺并工
业化。1990年AlliedSignal公司被霍尼韦尔公司兼并，继续生产超高分子量聚乙烯纤维
，商标为spectra，年产量约3000吨。日本东洋纺公司和荷兰帝斯曼公司合资在日本生

原来想贴禄来来着，因为贴过太多次，怕被砸死，所以就算了。选这两个头其实是因为
他俩比别的镜头干净一些，ps里面除灰容易一些。不过说老实话我几乎补拍逆光，所以
镀膜什么的也不是特别关心。
下面是关于这两个镜头coating的英文介绍，我觉得其实看不出个所以然出来。

I believe the spectra of FITC and TRITC are not overlapped.

I think your problem is probably due to:
1. the unspecific binding of your 2nd ab
2. one dye has too strong a signal and leak into the other detection channel |

这个想法我在2005年1月之前，换实验室时，和PI说了，他听不懂这张PPT意味什么。
后来我又换了实验室，2007年（2008？）某天新老板和我听完某个不相关的seminar，
和我说起这个，他才开口说了2句，我就知道他想说什么，
他的反应是，i have not finished my briefing yet, you really understand my
point? 于是就和他说，of course i know what you want to do,然后讨论了半天，原
来他的朋友有这个想法 etc etc，后来我又做了一些Homework，还是决定放弃。这个很
不好做，估计是个死途。
这个技术最大意义是：能找到locus specific DNA-protein complexes。目前的通行做
法是，已知某个protein, 你用CHIP，证明在某个Locus上面，然后开始making story，
编剧。但其实，那个Locus上面可能有几十种特殊蛋白在调控！！！

部分在内呢！所以我上面建议的有机溶剂里的CD spectra 以及大家建议的固相NMR其实
都是针对过膜的片段的。你研究的那段序列如果都是在细胞质内部的话我们给你的建议
会有很大的不同。
首先，既然是在细胞内部的，那么大致应该是一个水溶性的片段。所以如果要看构相是
不是一个alpha-helix 的话，直接把那一段１７个氨基酸找公司合成了然后直接用一般
的水相NMR即可。这个是非常简单的活。随便找个做结构的实验室或者core facility帮
一下忙即可。说不定某些公司都能帮你做。如果你仅仅是想简单看看是不是alpha-
helix也行，非常简单的CD spectra也行，很多大学的open access core facility 都
能做，只不过不能告诉你特别具体的结构而已。
但是你要看那个结构的变化这个比较伤脑筋。不要往冷冻电镜动心思了，目前的分析度
没有那么高，而且对动态变化的分析很麻烦的。
而且因为你要看膜外的部位对膜内的部位的影响，这个是一个很麻烦的问题。最直接的
