了，搬家的时候在 VA吃了张speed ticket，要求11月份去va出庭，不能网上pay，85／
65，reckless driving，LG拿的，他送我过来就回原来州了。大家说这种情况请律师帮
忙出庭好呢还是他飞过来出庭？ 他工作很忙，那天需要请假。问了下律师，需要600刀
，加上ticket和court费用，1000刀都打不住。 大家有拿过virginia的speeding
ticket么？能帮忙出下主意么？这是我们第一次拿罚单。
后来我在工作地点第一天报道，又拿了张parking ticket，75大刀，昨晚偶的车又被
apartment的人拖走了，说我的tag过期了，害得我大老远去取车，还要交拖车费，另外
补办maryland的驾照和车牌，1000刀又没了。 感觉md真是个抢钱的州啊，算算自己的
工资，信用卡都透支了。感觉日子好艰难，好怀念美国大农村的日子，那里的人也很讲
人情，北方人根本不讲人情，只认钱。 |

从milwaukee往Chicago方向开，刚上interstate，限速65，我开到79的样子，被警察拦
下，给了罚单$250之巨。很是郁闷，从来没听说这么重的罚款，而且罚单上只是说我
speed over 65，也没说我开多少迈。
本人不在wisconsin住，下周就离开这里了，自己上法庭argue是不大可能了，请问这种
情况能不能找个律师给自己argue呢？胜诉的可能性大么？我也不指望plead non-
guilty了，能少交一些就少交一些吧。这种情况的律师费大概是多少呢？

my home is too steep for that. But I remember when I rode my single speed, I
had better fitness level. Now I have to totally rely on my granny gear :-( |

What a good average speed would be for you great bikers? I hope to reference
them if I can eventually get into cycling shape. I am in 40s, 3:20-40

1. Taylormade CGB with REAX 55 gram graphite in stiff flex
2. Titleist AP2 with Rifle Flighted 5.0 (probably 110 gram)
The CGB 8i is about 1/4" longer than AP2. To my surprise, the AP2 was 2 mph
faster than CGB in average (10+ hits).
I have been told the lighter shaft gives me more speed. Is that really true?

Somehow, I did feel the AP2 was lighter when I hit with the clubs.
diff to begin with.
to lighter shaft will generate more clubhead speed.
irons have significantly larger clubhead, which translates to heavier, when
comparing to muscleback-style AP2.
AP2.
they will tell their subconscious mind - don't bend it too much as they will
lose accuracy that way.
swing tempo, cause they unintentionally slowdown their swing speed. |

my guess is that it is not that simple you just time your 108mph a bit early
, so you get 108mph at impact, so we immediately gain, say 6-8mph.
don't forget the ball has to be hit with an accelerating club head.
so without ball, you get max speed some where after impact is normal.

equipment.
such as pull up, push up. you can do pull up with leg raised to engage core. or
push up hold as long as possible, or plank, for core. for rational strength, you
can some try skater rotation jumps. if you can pull up 17 reps in a row, you
will never find wrist/arm strength giving you any problem. besides this, try golf
swing without ball, but very slow speed, use it as a stretch or stability

incline to a slower speed.
Let's say I want to do a 9.5 mph (6:20 minute per mile) for 3 minutes. I
intend to do a 8.5 mph with an incline of 4. But it feels harder than 9.5
mph on road for 3 minutes.
Does it hold approximately
incline of 2 = 0.5 mph?
Any better idea ? |

了7.5，现在看来这个大小应该没有问题。
今天long run，大概15麦之后开始前脚掌痛，不知道大家有没有这个感觉。不知道是鞋
子的问题，还是因为穿了一双打羽毛球的袜子，就是那种底部有些凹凸的，或者因为这
是今年第一次２０麦？
还有，hyper speed 4 里面那个红鞋垫很容易沾到袜子上啊，不是个问题，就想看看
大家是不是也有这个现象。
今天开始跑得不错，还想着hold住，但是18麦之后就崩溃了，想到了这才是half，看来
还有很远的路要走啊-:)

Every time when I came back, I calculate my average speed,
they were between 7mph - 7.5mph, about 1mph than my previous
LHR training speed a couple weeks ago.
I did not feel short-breathed during running, but did feel
slightly muscle soreness the second day after running. In
fact, I could recover within two days, as I did with LHR long

speed, the more spin you generate, the slower the ball moves. Fewer winners
you will get.
If you want more winners, you should try to hit flatter. If you want more
consistency or control or ..., you should try more spin.
If you don't swing as freely in match as in practice, I think your
experience in TT should help more than anything. |

PT57A will be VERY profitable.
All other stuffs, including good rackets like Prestige and Radical,
will have horrible sales. This is true even after 1-2 years when
Head tries to promote new generations of Prestige/Speed/Radical, etc.
What should Head do with the new generation Speed, if the current
generation is the same as PT57A? Any variation will make it worse.
PT57A has been there for more than 10 years. Pros still stick to it.

发帖数: 569 | 38 两个多星期前从TW买了块youtek speed pro，当时标价99刀，后来赶上TW搞什么youtek
的sale,我厚颜email要了price match，他们二话没说就给我退了24刀。这点让我对TW
又增添了好感。废话不多说了...
这个拍子的柄和传统的head球拍挺不一样的，没那么扁。我感觉自己对柄的形状有点敏
感，从一支拍子换到另一支自己的握拍常常调整不好，同样的动作打出来的效果差别很
大。
另外不知道是不是leather grip的原因, speed pro 4 3/8感觉比我的LM prestige mid
要粗一些 （大约1/16的样子）。这点差别还挺要命的，打球的时候感觉不由自主地小
臂多用了些力来握紧手柄，对健康和stroke都不好。（拆掉grip应该没什么技术含量吧
？大家自己搞过吗？）
这个拍的重量above 12 oz，8.8pt head light，swing weight偏大。不过我觉得这些
对我影响不是很大。（我比较看重球拍在单反时的表现。用它打单反时，感觉不难给拍
头加速，命中率不低，且感觉很solid，很舒服）

From the specs it shouldn't be a bad stick, similar to the older versions
of Speed MP.
The old Speed Pro though, was a complete disaster. Many IDs on this board

是缺些什么. 我的感觉是PS 6.1 swing 很smooth, swing speed也很匀称，timing 好
掌握．但要打出更好的球必须的加racquet head speed ==>acceleration, 这
acceleration 得我来加，所以too my work on my end, too much work ==> room for
UE. 6.1 感觉一旦启动，拍子本身会有那种acceleration (it's a feeling, please
do not lecture me about physics). 但6.1 拍子重，不容易抓timing, 对动作要求比
较高，稍有不对， flaws会被amplify. |

lowest. dpi i have 400 800 1200 1600 2000 , buti use 800 for sc.
i find it very hard to get a set it perfectly for sc. everytime i move it
slowly to select miner to gather mineral, it feel like it move kinda fast.
but in late game when i move the mouse faster, it feel like pointer lag
behind my hand speed...
also i dont use mousepad so i dont know if that cause the problem or not. |
