唯一可以安慰自己的就是，我坚持完赛了。。。=(
又是比赛前不到一周spontaneously地sign up了这个比赛，算是为两周之后的半铁预演
。我想这次预演的效果真的达到了，不止是身体上的，更重要的是心理上的。

最近要毕业了，同学拉我一起自驾游，计划是横贯美国，行程大约25天左右。
我挺想去的，因为一路会经过不少好玩的城市，而且以后也不知道会不会有时间横贯美
国了。
但是顾虑也不少--
1.25天的时间很长的，现在工作还没定，有点儿犹豫花这么多时间在玩儿上面。还没有
offer，我是不是应该把精力放在找工作上呢？
2.我是女生，这期间25天里肯定会遇到生理期，冬天这么寒冷，我有点担心体力，还有
心情
3.交通安全。如果去的话，第一次那么长的时间出门在外，我觉得有点risky。目前打
算去的地方有大峡谷，黄石公园，芝加哥等等，不知道路上会不会安全？下雪会不会影
响司机的判断力？
希望大家能帮我分析分析，我有点儿拿不定主意。先谢谢大家了～

，和胰岛素抗性是否有联系，心电图结果如何等。然后才能确定跑步是否有效。假如没
有什么特殊的原因，就是大多数人那样，活动少，饮食没有注意（比如米面特别多），
血脂也高一些，心脏机能弱，那么跑步应该会有一些效果。
