spring没有断不用换的。通常换的是struts 和 mount。如果要换spring和 strunts，
直接从autozone买整套的，容易简单。

4个鸡蛋，蛋黄蛋白分别打发；各加了1/4cup糖；蛋黄加1/2 cup 油；蛋白加 1tbs柠檬
汁；
cake flour 1 1/3 cup,
baking powder 1 t,
加了1/2 t 的vanilla extract;
混合好以后，倒入6寸的SPRING FOAM蛋糕模具，到一半的高度时，剩下的倒入长方形模
具。
350 F的烤箱，烤30分钟，
6寸的SPRING FOAM蛋糕模具拷出来的蛋糕，大概有模子的2/3高，其中中央还超过了顶
边。但是出来以后，就变平。
长方形模具拷出来的蛋糕，和做蛋糕卷的很像。
几个问题：
1.为什么蛋糕冷却以后中央就塌了？
2.为什么蛋糕有点硬？
