用一个square cash account向另一个连有Discover debit card的square cash
account转钱，转了100个1刀，结果另一个account只收到56个。
现在square cash说不是它们的问题，是银行的问题。

Chinatown or union square的话看你愿不愿意走路了。可以把车停在chinatown的花园
角然后慢慢逛chinatown从stocken走隧道去union square然后走keanry回到停车场。

figure 2C 用了chi-square test 不能理解
我的理解数据是这样的：
以figure2 C,chromosome 2的图，第5天的数据为例子 （红框内数据）,这一天的数据
是monastrol significant,所以有个星号
control conditon有5%的cell 有deviation (supplimentary tableS2 红框内数据)
monastrol condition下， clone 10 有21.9%的cell 有deviation(supplimentary
tableS2 红框内数据)，然后根据chi square test,这是significant.
我的理解是只有一个数据的话，没办法做统计。如果control和monastrol condition分
别有3个数据的话，勉勉强强可以用student t test。请问我的想法对不对。如果我的

person's chi-square是Z的平方。另外一个区别就是person's chi-square 可以有
correction for discontinuity.
Pearson's chi-square test和Fisher's Exact test 的区别:
1) 前者假设每个group的sample size预先给定，后者假设总的sample size 给定。
2) 前者是个大样本测试(depending on the central limit theorem)，要求数据量大
。后者是精确求p-value, no sample size requirement. |

步行去14street union square地铁站大概3-5分钟，线路有绿线4/5/6，黄线R/W/Q/N，通往纽约各处，(如距Grand Central仅一站，距Time Square仅二站)。
周围都是学校或宿舍，各国特色小餐馆，小商小贩。

2．方便。Google map上量过，到Harvard Square地铁站2.7 mile，门口就是71路公共
汽车，大概20分钟可到Harvard Square。
整套房子月租1990，现在只有我一个人住，想再找1-2两个roommate, 空出的两间卧
室一大一小，小的大概是11 x 14, 要 $650，大的稍微大一点，要$670，每个房间都有
单独壁橱。
立即可以入住，有一个房间还有床。最好是长期(lease到明年5月)，短期也可考虑。

希望你的车一周里大部分时间是停在这里, 你可能是周末开车买菜或出去玩。 如果你
