主要这个出差我很想去，而且很急如果9/21没拿到AP就去不了了。所以没忍住9/1 SR要
求了expedite。
如果再次SR，VO应该能看到之前的SR记录吧。 |

30天了，还是没有任何进展。记得我上次SR，分给officer的当天就给回信儿了，是不
是TSC都歇菜了，居然连SR的处理速度都赶上不争气的485了。
有人SR遇到我一样的情况吗？
另外我就是2011年的“老 PD”， 去年14年初的RD，还在苦逼的等着 |

处理可能要等7到10天
我的relink的sr是1月22号做的 2月current 2月2号收到update说有人处理我的sr了 然
后8号就绿了

那段话是在USCIS生成一个自己的account，然后看case history里面的Next Steps。
这个SR应该是在3月11号收到回复。刚刚打了NCSC的电话，后来又写信到NSC的followup
邮箱。
他用accept这个词，可能是因为我当时做了140 Transfer, require the 485 be based
on the recently approved 140 case. 因为看到板上有人建议我去做这个transfer，
然后用SR或者找议员去催。当时写SR的时候，也是问这个transfer有没有搞定。 |

4月13号打了USCIS客服，问case status, 未要求转t2.t1说搞不定，说给你做了个SR吧。
4月17号一大早就看见SR assgined... and completed。
刚打客服，问能看见里面写的啥不。
还以为是"your case is not outside normal processing time"。
结果读了以前经常出现的SR回复模板“Our service records indicate your
application is currently pending and has been pre-adjudicated. Final review
by an officer is dependent upon approval of the Form I-140 as well as visa

电话那边说normal processing TSC需要7个月，现在正在处理March的case。我以
financial loss为理由file了SR，不过他说没多大用。我又叫他transfer到next level
officer，是个三哥，还不错，让我等了5分钟以后告诉我11月12号之前会给我一个
note，具体我的case到了哪一步他说不能告诉我。
我太太异地485到NSC，也打电话做了SR，NSC平均处理时间是5个半月，现在正在处理4
月中旬的case。正常情况年底之前有结果。 |

个电话催，没有用。一月份，我又做了第二次sr，结果回信说要我继续等，没有提等多
长时间。现在都等了将近三个月了。昨天我打电话给客服，他们非常不耐烦，说要我等
，如果一个月后没有消息，再打电话做sr，我真是快崩溃了，什么时候是个头？我该怎

被耽误了。
问题是你不做SR，别人根本不会再去看你的Case，赶紧做了吧！

case，SR会把它们call回到处理SR的部门，然后再重新分配回IO桌子上。
也就是说，SR可能加速审理，也可能不幸地导致delay，完全看人品。 |
