1.生物机会多吗？21世纪是生物的世纪嘛？
多，非常多；是，确实是。我们这旮旯地，就我所知的小生物start-up就20+，更不用
说湾区和东部。最近10年的研究成果，很多都在向产品转化，但是FDA的审批，你懂的
。。。但是未来几年，新药会有爆炸性的增长。但是整个行业和计算机软件比起来，规
模不好说。而且生物制药公司的失败率是很高的。
2.博后有机会吗？
有或没有。只在实验室闷头干是不会有任何机会的，因为大多数老板只把你当作CHEAP
LABOR。我只见过一个公司，他们的IP里，有一个人是实验室博后，但这个人可能真是
掌握了核心技术。想转行，跳出自己的小圈子，多出来SOCIAL，多NETWORK，才有机会。
3.在START-UP里都干什么？博后适合吗？
适合，START-UP里干的事情比较杂。很多起步的公司，一方面靠CFO来RAISE MONEY，一

验，希望对正在受打不着火的朋友有所帮助。
我的车在这个进行中的冬季已经jump了很多次了，只要是零下15 或更冷 过个夜，我的
车几乎是必然打不着火，当然我知道，是alternator坏了，修起来太贵，我就没修了，
虽然我的电池是好的，但是我的电池却时常处于充不上电、极度饥渴的状态。与大家分
享一下jump start的方法。
jump start的方法：
1. 既然是jump start，在jump的时候就要关闭所有的电子设备，也不要在动window，
cd，ac等等
2.我假设你是找的另外一个车帮你jump start，那帮你的车要处于engine running的状
态，
3. 连接两辆车，接线顺序：
-》cable正极接熄火车的正极
-》cable另一正极接帮忙车的正极
-》cable负极接帮忙车的负极
-》cable另一负极接熄火车的负极部分，一般不要直接接电池负极，可以夹在金属边框
或者 engine螺母上面
4. 当两个车相互连接好了以后，你就尝试着start你的车

发帖数: 1573 | 29 Head Start 是政府拨款的，要求非常严格，每三，五年审核一次，不符合要求会 lose
funding的，所以一般不敢怠慢。从我多年评审幼儿园的经验来看，Head Start的质量
一般比普通daycare要好，但是可能没有那些贵族幼儿园好。
他们的老师工资确实非常低，学历也不高，我也不知道怎么会这样，但是其他的
professional development 资源非常丰富，所以一般幼儿园都说跟 Head Start 比不
公平，因为 Head Start各种资源非常多。
至于生源，同学的家境，那肯定是不行的了，但是穷就一定不好，富就一定好吗？其实
也不一定的了。比如吧，我们这里富人区的小孩都是非常势利的，问他们选朋友什么条
件，人家说，要选衣着光鲜，家里有钱的，但是Head start的小孩就会说，要选为人善
良的，你说这种圈子哪个好哪个不好，这就没有绝对了。

这款车仪表盘线路有问题，冬天或者雨后潮湿的时候还常常整个面板不亮。
不少车主都有抱怨。
去年夏天外出时电池没电了，拖到修车铺jump start了一下，引擎灯就不再亮了。
jump start之后几个月引擎灯都没亮。
车行检修过，说这款车是电路板的问题。
没办法修电路板，只能换新的，要价1000刀左右。
所以还是再试试jump start一下。

Kind of confuse.There are two httpd.conf file,
one is in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
one is in /usr/loca/apache2/conf/httpd.conf
which one should I configure, or both?
When I try to start the apache server, what's the difference between
apachectl start
httpd start?
Looks when I start with httpd, it fails and told me can't bind to the a |

compustar，带两个fob，而且fob自带remote lock，第三方的remote start开门不会熄
火，进车把钥匙插入转到on，就可以直接开了，你要熄火的话，在插钥匙之前踩一脚刹
车就熄火了。而且这个remote start还有个好处就是，你如果短时间离开车，不想熄火
，但是想锁门的话，按下remote start，拔出钥匙，车子就不会熄火，你可以离开车子
