Just read how Russia built second pipeline to China and no longer using
dollars , but petro yuans and rubles. We can no longer simply use threat of
sanctions and tariffs. We can negotiate but must treat our peers, even those
who see the world differently, as participants or we will fail.

想想CLEM和Ohio State，在这个时刻他们都是11-1，好吧，你们要说CLEM的SOS弱，
CLEM来自ACC，（btw，rivalry week ACC v SEC的战绩是3：1），fine。如果下周就打
季后赛，Ohio State进季后赛我完全没有问题。今年常规赛打到现在，Ohio State属于
前四没问题。
问题是，CLEM要打conference冠军赛，而Ohio State居然可以舒舒服服的不用打比赛然
后躺进季后赛，这个真的是beyond me。CLEM多打一场，如果输了肯定进不了四强，早

IL 3个月,工作了OPT。
问题是搬到IL以后，payroll的地址更改的有延迟，于是第一次pay check算的IL
working state （扣了大部分的税）, MA resident state（十几刀的税）,后面的收入
都只扣了IL的税。
现在收到了3张W2
第一张是学生时候MA税表没问题。
打个比方，工作后总收入一共20000，有5000在第一次paycheck上。
第二张工作以后税表MA的state tax, 工作以后总收入都在Wages, tips other
compensation = 20000，还有一栏是state wages 栏是5000。
第三张W2是工作以后税表IL的，也是工作以后的总收入在wages, tips other
compensation, state wages = 20000; state wages = 20000
现在报税，如果选MA是resident（说明是超过183天算）， IL partial resident， MA

Oklahoma governor Mary Fallin, a Republican and NRA member, signed a bill
into law that allows residents of other states to carry concealed weapons
over state lines into Sooner territory.
This new law will benefit residents of states that do not require a
concealed carry permit. Oklahoma legislators have rather politely concluded
that if that's how it works in other states, then Oklahoma's willing to

The Reggie Bush situation resulted in the Trojans being ineligible to
compete for the conference championship or play in a bowl game for two years
and the loss of 30 scholarships over three years.
Because an appeal is pending, USC hasn't yet (and may not) feel the full
effects of the scholarship reductions.
