penn station，转path进城，要是train修好了，直接两站到new york penn station

很大的后院，紧接着一个fire station和一个main road. 房子3711 sqr feet,大约$
420k. 我很喜欢这个房子和Telfair这个区。但是担心以后房子转手不好卖。如果不买
，大概只能等下一轮builder的新房，担心Telfair的房子越来越贵。
请有经验的给一些意见吧！谢谢！ |

，如果有的话还有折扣。我知道central burglar alarm是ADT一类的，但有人知道
central station fire是什么吗？
是不是家里火警警报器响了，fire department会自动连接到？这个不是每家都有的吗
？至少以前住学校的房子是这样的
如果claim有这个，要填上account information.那里去弄呀

挤在一起抬头看时刻表，track一出来就像开了圈的羊 挤压冲啊的 , ceiling 不知道
有没8feet，憋屈的哟。 grand central 目测200 feet的 high ceiling 美换绝伦。等
车的时候还能去苹果店上上网。
就凭这点就值得买westchester county NY和fairfield county CT的房子了，可是这边
中国人很少啊，都找不到玩伴。大纽约/曼哈顿上班的来这边看看房子吧 环境很好的
房价也不贵 70 80万就能买到大house了 |

t&c上没明确说gc不算，就说如果加油的话在pump或者station里面付钱都算，至于其他
的may or may not。难道说要加油和买gc一起付账才可以？也就是说刷卡的时候gc和
gas会被分门别类？如果这样说的话，在药店里买gc或者香草为什么又能算呢？

宝宝如果摔下来感觉后果很可怕。大家怎么防止宝宝摔？
打算把Changing Station降低到半米的高度，旁边放个凳子，坐着给宝宝
换尿布，这样即使宝宝摔下去，也只有半米的高度，总比从现在一米高的的台子
上摔下来要好得多。

不要上NYC地鐵，JFK有點遠，會太慢
最好從Penn Station乘LIRR (Long Island Rail Road)到Jamaica站，然後轉乘airport
train到所有航站樓。除了Port Washington Branch之外，所有LIRR火車會在Jamaica站停。
在Penn Station可以買一個combo ticket (LIRR + air train) |

station for ezride in North station. Finall it took 15 min arriving MIT.
So, the time length is similar in total compared with tranfer subway in
downtown crossing.
