a*****3 发帖数: 10373 | 1 Are you a girl or what??
According to your shape, no matter what you do right now, the only thing you
will see is shrinking!
Don't worry about it. Come back in one or two months after you keep running.
I will tell you next step! |

t****i 发帖数: 4225 | 2 My friend told me that just running can develop 6 packs. Is it true on you?
I can't do much running when the days are good for tennis. I usually run
during winter time. |
|
t****i 发帖数: 4225 | 3 why not accomplish both the same time???
Running is certainly good for losing weight. |

a*****3 发帖数: 10373 | 9 not true.
The key of 6 packs is not the big ab muscle. it is you have to be very lean.
Actually every body has 6 packs already. Especially check with the slim
boys. Just normally your 6 packs are covered by layers and layers of fat.
That is why no matter how many crunches you do, you won't see 6 packs.
Running can help you to reduce both fat and muscle all over the body. So
once you get a lean body and keep working on the core muscle, you will see
them.
you? |
|
a*****3 发帖数: 10373 | 10 True. But when you run * long * enough, even you eat 猪油拌饭, you won't get
big. But I doubt it could happen to 阿东 |
|
t****i 发帖数: 4225 | 11 en, to have substantial 6 packs, need to cut and grow new muscle. Have to
eat protein though, but don't want to eat those. I want to be natural, haha. |

a*****3 发帖数: 10373 | 13 I am thinking if I could publish a book for it. Write down all I have been
through. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of pictures when I were fat.
Maybe I could ps some :P |
|
t****i 发帖数: 4225 | 14 My problem is that I don't have enough patience to run more than 30 mins.
Most of my running are about 20 mins, 2-2.5 miles. Although I don't have
much body fat, don't why I am wishing so much to lose a few more lbs. I
guess I will have to push myself to run for longer distance.

t****i 发帖数: 4225 | 20 I agree. One down side for long distance running is it hurts your knees.
Whereas from fitness and tennis point of view, I prefer to have strong core
strength than 6 pack. That's why I like the group of exercise you suggested. |

To improve the heart and lung, the best and easiest way are long jog and
swim.
swim is kind of dangerous for me, cause i may fall in sleep from time to
time...
My knees are in ok condition, so i choose jog... Not enought tho, only two
times a week, 10 miles total... If add 4 hours tennis match in, i think it
is good enough for an old daddy at my age... |
