发帖数: 138 | 4 以前都是用手机的strava, 后来买了表，就不用strava了。周末突发奇想，想看看这两
个准确度差多少，就都开着跑了一趟。结果strava记录7.2mile，garmin 225记录6.
2mile。上google map量了量，表是对的，手机差了整整一mile。整个路线都是在河边
没有遮拦的那种。。。
然后昨天在家门口400的小圈儿跑，发现如果只用strava，一圈能差出20米。 |

their accounts on the Strava website, and then all rides uploaded to Garmin
Connect will go directly to Strava. Strava is not sending rides uploaded in

2.申请competitivecyclist 账户
3.登录competitivecyclist账户就能看见sync strava
就不知道这个1小时是累积的吗？

cc说的是“strava moving time”，换句话说如果strava认为你在等红灯，那段时间是
不算的...而且我不确定有没有1hr minimum... |

边换到右边，路线图上都能显示，所以我一直以为strava特别准（Runtastic就经常不
显示换边）。没想到差这么多。 |

大家如果没用过的可以试试. cycling和running都可以. 你需要有一个GPS设备,比如Garmin 305什么的. 或者带GPS的smart phone也可以.
