As noted by AllThingsD, Apple and Time Inc. appear to have settled their
long-running differences over digital magazine subscriptions, with Time
launching iPad-only subscriptions for its magazines through Newsstand.
According to a press release from Time, the offering addresses all 20 of its
consumer magazines, which include Fortune, People, Sports Illustrated, and
Time.

总结一下要点。建议参加讨论前大家应该读一下苹果的press release，里面有很多信
息和细节，可以避免一些不必要的争吵，因为press release已经写得很明白。

1. App Store买软件和in-app purchase都是收取30%，之前developer都是觉得是很
fair的价格。
2. in-app subscription和in-app purchase没有本质区别，主要区别在于in-app
subscription是长期的定期的charge用户一个定额的钱，用户得到服务，也许是GPS
subscription，也许是杂志报纸，也许是音乐和电影streaming服务。
3. 如果苹果用它的iTunes系统charge用户钱，然后再把钱给app开发商，那么我认为不

Update:刚从同事那里听说另一个带宝宝飞省钱的途径(事实上ch12也间接提到了)：UA
在每架飞机里都留有若干个bassinet seat位置（大部分在Economy Plus第一排，或最
后一排），你可以book flight后直接说你有一个infant（<2yr old)，让CSR把你安排
到这些bassinet seat之一，由于inftnat总需要人陪，所以你就可以作为companion坐
在旁边，免费！我的同事有过他们夫妻俩都可以坐在旁边的情形，但是我今天打电话说
就只能有一个。看来这里有运气成分。另外，事实上我们是四口人。即便bassinet
seat解决2个，还有另外两人，他们不可避免地还是要买E+，所以算来算去，这个

这个rule貌似允许用户在App Store外进行Subscription啊
比如你在Netflix的网站上subscribe的，交的费，苹果就分不到钱
如果你在Netflix的iPhone, iPad app里选subscribe，通过App Store交的钱，苹果就
可以分到钱。但是苹果只是要求，在Netflix的网站上有的选项，在App Store里也要有。
虽然分30%有点excessive，我觉得10-20%比较合适。就像网上购物的referral的利润一样

and publisher wont get your personal data and sell them for ads or send you
junk mails.
Apple has 100% rights to ask for split for stuff sold through App Store.
just like you can't just put your stuff in walmart and sell it without
paying walmart.
The only issue is that Apple demands no bypassing App Store. if your app is
selling subscription, you have to include in-app subscription along with out
-of-app paying mechanism. apple is betting customers would prefer in-app
