按时间段比，10年前才工作，两人税后5000人民币。天天下班下馆子，压马路，逛商店
，也就一天120元左右。早饭单位食堂1.5元，午饭不要钱，去了房租水电等月光。这是
在上海。
现在两人到手快＄6000。Ohio的suburb。还是月光，但已经没钱出去下馆子，压马路，
逛商店了。大头是，超1500的房贷加地税和保险。超1000的daycare, 超500的水电煤气
，超500的车贷，超500的油费（上班远啊），手机，网络，电视估计也有个250。就剩
个1800左右吃饭，买东西。娃的东西都不便宜。
两个PHD的同学，没娃。一个月能有个＄3300税后，住学校边上的townhouse公寓，900
。水电全免，网络离学校近free wifi。一个新车贷款加油费估计350。最后每月吃饭，
买东西有2000多。还不用买娃的玩具，衣服，上啥游泳，音乐班的。
今年一起fan打golf球，两口子置备了1500的装备，我就用公司同事卖我的＄45二手杆

一个月的HOA fee就要600刀，外加prop tax。如果有孩子想要面积大一些费用更高
如果单位面积的价格一样，自然住高楼condo
还是印证了那句话：你在美国呆的时间实在太短，知道的东西太少。
不过你有一点好，诚实。
这个版上误导人的五毛实在太多。我建议你小心一些。 |

日本住房面积并不小。住suburb的都是两层的房子。公共交通发达，几乎不需要买车。
食物种类质量都比美国好。
在日本商店买东西才知道什么是顾客是上帝。 |

这是一部长达1小时的纪录片，记载着92年Los Angeles黑人/老墨大骚乱的大背景，前因
经过，Korea Town （韩国）中韩国人自发组织起来保护家园，以及从前到后白人政府的
丑恶嘴脸
