朋友，只能上网瞎找，可是找了3天了，还是没啥头绪。要么就是太贵，离得近summer
camp太贵，一周400左右；要么就是教会办的，老公又不想送有宗教背景的。因为小宝
才一岁，我接送都要带着他，也不能找太远的。因为现在住在公司给的临时住处，还不
知道之后住到哪里，所以也不能找pre-K的program上。大宝现在精力旺盛的不得了，天
天跟我在家我也真是耗不起，想赶紧把他白天送出去。真是头疼啊。。。
有住在附近的娃爸妈吗？能给推荐一下么？ |

summer学校的gym关得早，今天8点才去，所以就运动了不到50分钟。
有氧：
骑自行车去gym 10min左右+ gym里快走加慢跑15min+回家自行车10min 太少了
器械(准备每天运动，所以准备上肢下肢分开练，今天练下肢):
Hip abduction 80lb 15*2
Hip adduction 80lb 15*2
Seated leg curl 35lb 15*2
Leg press 50lb 12*2
箭步蹲 负重10lb*2 20*2
最后拉伸大概5分钟
不过回来后吃了大半个西瓜，还吃了好几块排骨，汗！ |

前订好这两个周末去欧洲玩，滑不了雪，算是正式结束了第三个雪季。回顾一下，这个
雪季还是滑了不少地方：
Whistler: 11 days
Alta: 1 day
Snowbird: 2 days
Solitude: 1 day
Keystone: 4 days
Vail: 1 day
Bachelor: 2 days
Timberline: 1 day
Hood Meadows: 1 day
Crystal Mtn: 8 days
Stevens Pass: 18 days
Alpental: 2 days
Total so far: 12 resorts, 52 days
大大小小的ski trip里也认识了很多各地的雪友，希望下个雪季还能一起滑～
这个雪季虽然滑的多，但是进步没有达到预期，不过不少时间确实也没有刻意去练习改
正动作，而更多的是享受，也尝试些新路子，psia滑法，park/freeride，都很有趣。
一直向往的蘑菇，是我觉得自己技术进步的最不理想的。也许是我天赋有限，也许是歪

倒是对he is just not that into you电影印象深点，觉得说得很对，呵呵。
这个事情就是这样，一方要是没有热情，随便应付的，另一方其实体会得到的，但是体
会到了也不放弃投入，只能说是情商有点低。当然，这些事情都是旁观者说起来容易，
做起来难的。
这种事情必须一来一往的热起来才对呀，人家summer都冷了，这边还热，还要热卖自己
的伤心，让大家觉得summer心狠，这多不好呀。 |

下面说说我们是怎么处理SUMMER的CLAW INFECTION的，希望对版上其他朋友有点帮助。
首先是清洗污渍，我们给他洗了澡，爪上的poop和litter的混合物泡软了以后用蘸了双
氧水的棉签清洗掉。
然后是给伤口消毒，继续用双氧水清洗创口，直到伤口不冒小气泡了位置。
接下来是上药，用棉球给伤口上抹了云南白药（再次感谢苑苑同学）。
最后是包扎，先用纱布包好，再用pet专用的bandage固定住，最后再用一点医用胶带粘
住bandage的endpoint。
包扎的时候因猫而已，一开始包的比较紧，SUMMER都不愿意前爪着地，一直用俩后爪站
着做袋鼠状。。后来我们放松了一点bandage才好一点。 |

我现在在Berkeley旁边的一个国家实验室工作，现在需要一个undergraduate做summer
intern，但由于错过了统一的招聘机会，所以只能看看有没有人能够推荐一下。
条件就是有较多的Molecular Biology or Biochemistry or Microbiology的实验经验
，过来这边做的课题也和这些方面相关。
初期计划是先在这边做2-3个月的summer intern，如果双方都觉得合适的话希望能够继
续合作，即做一个long term intern，可能是一年或两年，主要是利用课余时间过来这
边做课题。所以希望最好是Berkeley的undergraduate，比较近，交通方便一些。
如果大家认识一些愿意做intern的undergraduates的话，无论是华人还是老美都行，最
主要是要对Molecular Biology or Biochemistry or Microbiology有浓厚兴趣和相关
的实验经验，只需要一些指导就能够开展工作的。
