general dentist都可以操作。 价钱肯定也会比oral surgeon低很多。implant不是个
很复杂的过程。 你这个价钱之所以这么贵主要就是因为是oral surgeon 来做。
又仔细看了一下帖子。发现是要做sinus lifting. 这个procedure就不是普通的
general dentist能做的了。不过仍然你可以去找pedrio specialist 做，也会比oral
surgeon 便宜。 |

下来了
我当时因为一年只有1500的限额，而且如果全麻没人送我回家，
我的智齿是分两次拔的，是local麻醉，拔完了之后止疼片也没吃，也没感染
如果智齿已经长出来了，就不一定非要找oral surgeon，找牙医也可以拔
如果需要割开肉拔，就一定要oral surgeon来了，牙医是不允许帮你弄的了
保险，你要算算，除了deductible之外你自己要付的价格，
如果一起拔，你要付的除了deductible的那个部分，还要付百分比的你支付的金额，然
后如果超过了你还要付，所以你如果在这个医生这里四颗一起拔，全身麻醉，大概你付
的部分会在400刀上下，
我当时是两边分别拔，local麻醉，每次大概60-80上下，一共100来块钱
如果找中国医生，好像那个高峰是50块钱拔一侧，全麻的价格我就不清楚了

美国医生水平较平均，你甚至可以找能做达芬奇机器人微创的医生给你看（这个技术在
国内妇科会用的人全中国寥寥无几，在美国就多多了）。但是你的另一边卵巢是否需要
手术，或者说手术是否利大于弊，需要医生的专业判断，我知道有的卵巢肿物中美判断
标准不一样（国内有时候会倾向过度治疗）

use new forms since February 15.
I think it is partially USCIS's responsibility. Why didn't they inform all
of their civil surgeons about the new forms.

Your blood test needs to contain a test for RPR （梅毒）, not the regular
blood test, you can ask for your PCP to write another order.
Some civil surgeon accepts TB/Blood test done elsewhere, some don't, you
need to call to find out. |

MMR好像是要打两次的啊（除非你以前打过两次的话），否则在Civil Surgeon那里打的那一次
只有30天有效期（除非30天之内打第二次）。
我没有小黄本，之前打过一次MMR(十年以内），所以在Civil Surgeon那里总共也就打了MMR, Tetanus(or Tdap)还有抽血和Tuberculosis皮试。 |

early 80's，所以就放心让他拔了（两周前），且装了bone graft为未来植牙做准备。
但这两周发现伤口里不断挤出bone graft和小碎牙，甚至有几“粒”小碎牙仍连在牙
床上（自己舌头有感觉）。 问过牙医，牙医说正常。 但今天又有片大约2mm的碎牙“
片”至伤口钻出。 因此有感而发，不知有经验的xdjm们是否认为此牙医并不专业，未
将碎牙清干净？ 此现象正常么？ 或是一开始我就应该找oral surgeon?
此事和拔智齿类似，所以顺便在这儿问一下拔过智齿的xdjm。 |

另外两个医生用传统brace,建议拔4个premolar,不动没出来的智齿。 但我担心将来若
智齿也拔了，就只有24颗牙了，是否少了点。

But the civil surgeon insisted on putting me as Class B TB latent with the
following comments on my I693:
TB SKIN TEST WAS REACTIVE. CHEST X-RAY IS NORMAL. PREVENTATIVE TREATMENT IS
INDICATED FOR HER AGE. RECOMMENDED SHE GOES TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH OR HER OWN
PHYSICIAN FOR FOLLOW UP.
Does anyone have the same problem? I am very worried the comments will
affect the 485 approval. Any suggestions? |

年以上的不行。但去检查的时候给她小黄本，不知道她是没注意还是网开一面，告诉我
们可以不用再打MMR了。本来挺高兴的，但回来之后仔细查了一下，发现递上去的表要
填写注射日期，我们就怕Civil Surgeon认可了，USCIS不认可，到时候因为这个耽误了
申请就糟糕了。所以想请问一下，有类似情况的么？是不是还是再去主动要求挨一针来
的放心？
另外我告诉护士我们都出过水痘，不用打疫苗了，但她说这个疫苗本来就不是必须的。
和我们看到的资料也不同。有点儿怀疑这家水平到底如何了。 |
