一、太极功夫

继承和发展了各家拳法，把武术中的手、眼、身、法、步协调运用，结合古代的导引术
和吐纳术，吸取古典唯物哲学的阴阳学说和中医基础理论的经络学说，是以技击动作为
主要内容，而形成的一种缓慢、柔和、轻灵、沉稳、连贯、协调、内外兼修的上乘拳术
。
构成太极拳的三大要素是武技、哲理和养生。这三大要素是太极拳的精髓，是太极

my Sifu, it FEELS REALLY GOOD, both physically and intellectually. IT IS
really good stuff. The original purpose of martial art is to kill. But I
guess few people nowadays learn martial art to kill. To me Taiji is more
like a challenge, the same way people feel good after they run or swim. In
addition, it's also a challenge to your mind and displine. |

武术佩服得五体投地.(猜想高手之寂寞,在于他认识的周围的中国人对中国武术没有兴
趣,包括那位数年如一日的帮他做翻译的人.)

在具体谈到这个主题之前，或许有必要讨论一下仇恨这个问题。我是能理解人类的仇恨
。这世界有三种力量可以支持一个人承受所不能忍受的折磨。一种是爱的力量，一种是
恨的力量，一种是信仰的力量。
即使象我这种看破红尘之人，在他们24小时折磨之下，我心中也会不时泛起恨意。所以
，我是能理解人类的那份绝望，特别是看到你的亲人被无辜地夺取生命，你的家园被毁
，你的同族被屠杀的时候。
所以，如果一个印第安人，因为自己的种族被白人完全地屠杀而走向复仇之路，我完全
可以理解。那么日本人因为被原子弹摧毁，战败而走向复仇之路，这种感情，我也是可
以理解。可以理解，不等于说我会和这种仇恨的力量和解而纵容它，让它危害人类。
多数人的感情，不管爱也好，恨也好，都是和自己命运相连，而不能把自己的遭遇放在
历史的环境下，做客观的判断，理性的判断。其实我觉得中国发言人，这句话说的比较
好。固然广岛值得纪念，但南京更不应忘怀。在我们回顾历史的时候，我们不能有选择

6年以上的，你们记得你们第一年练得啥德行吗？第2年进步了多大了？对初学者来说，
怎样尽快，鼓励，扶植. 学成的人可能认为自己的路是对的，别人的路是死路。如果有
记笔记的，有视频的应拿出来和大家分享， 武林风度。
不分享的原因是不好意思？ 怕别人说是死路？怕别人说是路太弯, 太长？我的这视频
我自认为是短的， 别人反馈说我有进步。视频里还建议更好更短的（但我不可能再试
验了，希望新人是），希望后人比我更好更短更快。
我师傅的好处是他要每人把太极变自己的，不同的人可以有不同的路，当时错的东西不
一定
对以后没有好处。

记得是03年非典的时候，北京是无人区，学生放假，但我
还要上班，当时身体很差，便和学校的一个老师学了一路
王培生改的吴式三十七式，十多年了，打打停停，总算没有
全忘掉。但是也没有什么提高，但打太极的时候使我上下通
气的感觉让我一直对太极感觉很好。是真的通气，特别是如
果我有一段时间没有打拳的话，往那一站，放松一下，就开
始打嗝，打几个动作下面的气也就出来了，打完了最少会觉
得出气舒服多了。前几年想着学学推手来着，但一是找不到
伴儿，二是找不到老师，也就作罢了。前年夏天在公园里打
拳的时候，看到了一个六十几岁的老先生，打得很不一般。
打陈式小架的，也专门几下陈家沟的。
那个时候到版上问过，JASON老大的评价是下过功夫，如果肯
教的话值得学。这个评价让我想了很久，特别是老先生明确

前天晚上开始看的，看的我欲罢不能啊。写的非常好，把育儿经写得像小说一样引人入

这本书从一个母亲一个教师和一个儿童心理辅导工作者的角度，阐述了孩子从婴儿到儿
童到少年到成人这个过程中会遇到的各种典型问题，以及很多家长在这个过程中会犯的
典型错误，还有学校，老师和社会在这个过程中所起的作用（包括反作用）。
看了之后，获益良多。教育孩子成为一个好的快乐的幸福的人，首先要自我成长，家长
要更理性，更有耐心，遇到问题更多的从教育方法上寻找解决办法。总之要相信一切都
是可以用教育来解决的，而且越早解决越容易，要相信孩子是天生向善天生上进的。

喜欢。许多年轻的韩裔美国人ABK看到老家的美国文化市场形势一片大好，纷纷回国
投身韩国的Hip-Hop娱乐事业。一时间，嘻哈风格的歌舞说唱组合在韩国迅速兴起。
在H.O.T获得空前的商业成功之后，韩国人更是大量复制这种流行音乐模式，并且认
为创造出了韩国特色，他们称这种流行音乐叫K-Pop，流行到我们这边叫“韩流”。
