LT基本上势不可挡(PATS明摆着要全力以赴slow down他，还是给他rush了123码+2TD，
还receive了63码+set up了另一个TD)；
小河传球也很不错(PATS严防他的favorite receiver大门，他还是传了不少好球给
其他水平一般的receivers，最后1:03还能两传攻到PATS的36码，基本上发挥了自己
的最佳水平)；
Defense上半场前28分钟搞得PATS一点办法都没有，全场INT了Brady三次，创了Brady的
个人新低(playoff)，并防得PATS的rush只有60码；
还有。。。
只是，但凡team game，其结果就往往不是talent相加那么简单了(湖人那年有奥胖、
Coby，马龙，佩顿4个未来的HOFers，但却输给了活塞；皇马有几年堆积了齐达内、
罗纳耳朵、小贝、菲戈、劳尔、卡络斯、、、基本是世界上最好的国家队里面的最
好球员了，但也未能一统江湖；这几年的养鸡也有那么一点类似。。。)所以，SD是
块上等好钢，但作为一支队伍，差点 |

，个人实力实在是太过平庸（这人在OT好像就被打爆了）
在这个级别的比赛raw talent实在是太重要了，鸟今天就是欺负你拜仁拿到60%的控球
率也没辙，因为除了罗本没有人能让国米见血的。就像火箭的巴蒂尔当然是好球员，但
是不是raw talent，要是一个篮球队五个人全是巴蒂尔这样的，那就太好防了 |

show. i'm amazed each week by how fast he can learn and improve. however, he's
up against two incredibly well trained dancers who have their own talents too
, so he pales in comparison. people might vote for him for being the underdog
though. never thought i'd say this, but at this point, i'm actually ok with
ivan moving on to the final. we've seen all the tricks by the other two gusy,

面的专业书看的不会比一般机械的研究生来的少，从来没觉得读这些书很吃力，当年想
转机械，后来总觉得这行当比较low end,所以也没动手。 我老从第一辆车买进手，到
开始第一次修车：换空调压缩机的clutch，也就2个月时间（期间一个月我还是住在旅
馆里）。中间买了本Civic的害死你的手册，看了几眼就转手卖掉了。这是我老开始修
车前唯一接触过关于汽车构造的书。
做很多事需要的是talent，我说的这个talent不是人常说的那种智商，而是那种直觉，
手感。很多人做这实验，那实验，成就也不小，但总是很吃力，也没有啥比较突出的活
。这就说明这行当不适合你。
但是，老中在美国最大的问题是，你不是那么容易能换行当的，虽然我老修车一哥，最
后也不能开个车行啥的，为什么？理由大家都明白。
所以，别老钻牛角尖，看到不行，赶紧回头才是正路。 |

知道你们最关心钱，当然不能和湾区比，作为startup还是中国的，只能给到RMB 20w+
after tax，木有sign on bonus, 木有relocation fee，stock options面谈（国内公
司给stock options好像很复杂，一般是分红或者干股啥的，这个反正大家沟通再说）
，当然我跑这里来发帖不是找一般engineer，而是找可以担任未来CTO至少是
Engineering Director的角色。
我们之前已经完成并发布了一个单机塔防类游戏。现在有国内一家比较知名的游戏公司
的天使投资，目的是建立一个比较不错的小团队做手机游戏，目前团队人不多，我和主
美都是可以独当一面的，前面的塔防游戏就是我们两个人做的，现在还有个实习的程序。
