line several times and talked to local store without success. I then called
the phone number on the back of "Rebbird". The representative Jenifer from "
Rebbird" called target.com using 3-way call. Only after Jenifer asked the
target.com lady leave her name and ID,the target.com lady was reluctant to
refund me.
In summary, be careful to use "Rebbird" on target.com. It may take a while

如果一个 GC 保存于target 账户系统中，比如 一个 target GC 存在
target.com 帐号内，或者用 target GC 买了 ebay GC （这些 ebay
GC 也是存在 target 系统中，因为可以通过订单号访问内容），则这
些 GC 不是安全的。mit 上丢失几千 GC 估计是 target 的系统被人穷
举订单号然后碰上了。
你的这种情况应该还是算安全的。
反正我现在从 target网上 买了 GC ，一定不过夜，一般是在几小时内
消化完毕。
你惦记着别人给的利息，别人惦记着你的本金。哈哈 |

prepaid card那个卡有两百的，但vgc只有50和100的。所以就选择了visa prepaid
card。在target买了张target prepaid card。拿到walmart去买mo没有成功。第一次直
接认为是credit card。第二次我很快按了取消键，让输密码。输了卡的后四位。结果
说debit is unavailable。看来这个卡不能买mo。
想请问有人用过Target Visa Gift Card买mo吗？可以吗？谢谢！
另外，walmart的mo从0.7涨到了0.88。不知道是不是系统也改了，所以买不了，还是
target visa prepaid card从来都不能买mo。 |

客人都带着假冒的婴儿推车去Target退款，每人都得到500元左右退款，罗斯密的
Target店一个月内至少被骗走2000多元。
据洛县警局天普分局报警纪录，Target自从7月初以来至8月初，已频繁报警，理由都是
一样，即客人用假冒商品骗取退款。
Target店经理Richard Sze表示，因B.O.B婴儿推车召回，消费者凡是带着推车来店内退
货，Target都会负责退款，给消费者一张礼物卡，卡内是全额退款金额。
最初是7月8日下午近5时，一位年龄20岁至25岁之间的非裔男性带着婴儿车来店内退货
，店员给了他一张589.99元的礼物卡。但事后，处理中心传来消息，说这辆婴儿车的产
品编号（Serial Number）与纪录不相符，认为这是一起“假冒的退货”。据描述，该
男子身高五呎八吋至十吋之间，体重150磅至160磅之间。
7月21日，同样的骗局竟然上演了两次。下午2时，一位年约20至25岁的白人女性和另一

,应该是target red card(9开头的）。credit limit才一千多一点，扫不了几件，特别
是ipad 2只够一件。看到red card网站上还有target visa red card和target debit
card,想请教一下
1. 这两种卡也应该有5%off吧。target visa red card会给多一些CL,还是说差不过还
