兼论1949年后中国大陆为什么没有科学大师
中国科学院于1949年11月成立，中科院学部于1955年成立，学部委员233人， 1993年改
称院士。本文一律称院士。从1958年至1979年，二十一年间，中科院没有增加一名院士
。为什么？折腾阶级斗争了。1949年前中华民国中央研究院院士81人，留在大陆和从海
外回归59人，59位院士续选为中科院院士者46人。有中研院院士翁文灏，1951年从法国
回大陆，系以战犯身份而非科学家受到中共事先承诺的宽待。故中研院院士留在大陆和
从海外归来者是59人，非现行资料中所说的包括翁在内的60人。

美国申请学校，就几样选择，caucasian，black，hispanic，asian。。人家自动归
caucasian了。

The VOA report obviously quotes the locals as saying, "编草席用的蔺草也是当
地特有." In fact, Agricultural Research Service, United States Department of
Agriculture indicates this species is found throughout Asia and part of
Australia.
