啊，一共50来个申请者，phd就有差不多10个，我这可是只要有BS/BA加一点研究经历就
行的初级tech职位啊。。这些phd里面还真是有看起来很不错很不错的，学校很好，lab
很好，paper也很好。。这样的明显over qualified的人我应该考虑么？挺怕弄来个自
我定位和我对他定位都不是很清楚的牛人的。。大家说说？
PS 最令我无语的申请者是一个伊朗某大学的AP，感情是受不了内贾德要往美国跑么。。 |

. Plenty of examples, Bill G, Michael Dell, etc. They are not good leaders,
but, they are good biz man and with good tech.
So, I'd say, for startup, no need for leadership. When you have good biz,
