甚至更低龄孩子出去后如何适应全新的环境？这既有对语言、教育方式的融入，也包括
对生活环境、人际关系的适应。这是许多小留学生面临的远比学习任务艰难的多的过程
。而作为家长，在孩子去美国后，还能否继续参与对自己孩子的教育，以及教育的方式
，也是很多本身就接受过良好教育的父母亲思索的问题。
在我儿子皓南成长的过程中，作为母亲，似乎也是人生的重生。和我们成长的年代相比

问最多的是：“是否送孩子出国？”
关于出国，大部分家长和孩子，都会有盲目的冲动和决定。但是每一次，我都会强调，
重要和关键的一点，是作为家长，你有没有站在孩子的角度，倾听孩子心灵深处的声音
？你的孩子是否真的愿意出国？是否已作好出国的各种准备？作为家长，也要对自己的
孩子做出正确的评估。我自己便经历了这样一个转变的过程。

The counter part of webqq would be the the collection of google apps.
I use many google apps with my google account.
But I've never clicked on any icon in webqq execpt using it as an IM when I'
m at work.
Tencent released so many craps that don't even work right and crashes consta

This thing is nothing like gmail.
Tencent has done a great job starting with a messenger and then transitting
to a big platform. Facebook now is largely following its strategy more or
less. Chrome OS is basically also a browser with a collection of apps buit
on top of Linux. The ideas are very similar. It is just more ambitious trying to

FB和Tencent很像，虽说都是技术公司，但是还是产品主导的。
Zuck和Pony都是世界上最好的Product Manager，他们用自己的产品，对用户需求有一
种天生的敏锐感。
举个例子，据说Pony会半夜发信让改Button的大小， Zuck可以看出1px的区别。
FB最大的问题是最近没有新的好的产品出来，很让人担心。

状态，4个季度是有cyclic的，但因为大家基本都一样，所以用最新季度的数据也是合
理的。再说我也犯懒，懒的去总结全年数据，其实不影响我对bidu的基本论点。不过既
然被问到，那就比比，对大家都有帮助。看着有用的发我几个包子，把数据找来也是体
力活啊
在过去的1年内，bidu总revenue比4家之和少100M, 但很接近了。最近一个季度bidu收
入超过了4家之和。由于bidu的revenue的增速远远大于ntes/sina/sohu三家（ntes最好
，也只有20-30%)，所以在以后的几年内,即使bidu增速放缓，也肯定大于三家，而且基
数大，差距只能越来越大。qihu增速快，但基数太小，是bidu的零头的零头，其实算不
算根本不影响基本结论。
利润bidu更是绝对优势了，最近一年机会是4家的2倍，而且同样道理，由于增速快，差
距只能越来越大。qihu的全年利润和bidu也就是bidu 10天的利润。
很明显了，不算qihu,sina收入最少，而且利润也不稳定，现在股价相当一部分是weibo

Sohu is still a good company, but sohu's fundamental has a lot of holes. I
would hold tencent and ntes...

会提前盈利，但今天这财报数据还是没法让人乐观。特别是内容成本降不下来，证明还
是市场竞争激烈，公司必须要花大钱获得版权，才能吸引点击率，同时获得广告收入，
换句话说，收入需要高成本来维持，盈利有瓶颈。 be honest, BAT三巨头的baidu/
tencent都在视频的战场里面，yoku/sohu video想盈利，难，baidu/tencent几乎有无
穷的金钱支持video搏杀, sohu有cyou可以当印钞机养着其他部门，yoku连这个奢侈都
没有.

this year although I had pulse several times to buy them, unluckily I
controlled my emotion because I am suspicious about this QE hype market. It
turned out I made mistake (at least this year). I still made some money,

sohu的价值终于靠资本运作体现出来了。bidu目前视频在收购pps后基本已经定型，而
且在逐步确立优势地位。这也是为什么sohu video/yoku/tencent video急于寻找出路
的原因，再耗下去就更困难了。yoku最近的报表，cost下降这么多，明显是临时压缩开
支，让利润好看些。总之，yoku/sohu video/tencent video年内一定会有大动作的。
sohu业务上逐步被边缘化，我觉的被并购是好事，老张即使有些pride不愿意，但他毕
竟股份不多，发言权有限，大股东会push的。相比较，网易资本运作难度大，丁磊一个
人就45%股份，其他股东都是严重劣势，他不同意啥事儿也办不成. |

winner of video market if they compete ALONE.
Having said that, stock price is another story because yoku sooner or later
will get involved in some kind of major acquisition/merger/investment with
tencent, alibaba or sohu video. Baidu has formed its video kingdom and has a
very good position now, yoku/tencent/sohu have to do something quick
before getting too late. If that happens, yoku should hit >$40 in my point
of view. |

period. I just do not think BABA has that much of a potential. I went back
to China every year and it looks like Alipay are used less and less often
with WeChat payment on the rise. That may raise red alarms for Baba's other

/ntes是更好的选择。
百度的各种智能科技基本是long shot, 退一步讲即使百度这些科技几年内搞出名堂了
，也只能是整个互联网IT行业的再一次革命，美国amzn/goog/和中国的阿里巴巴腾讯网
易等也会股价飙升。阿里巴巴腾讯不会坐视百度在智能领域一枝独秀，看到有些起色绝
对会马上投入巨资竞争，一起分蛋糕，大家股价一起涨。但如果这些科技短期看不到应
用希望，百度搜索业务面临的瓶颈和o2o的窘境会制约百度的价值。
百度比较的利好有几个 1. 爱奇艺的价值 2. ctrp的价值 3. 退出o2o行业的可能。
again, 当前中国投资和long波段操作对象是tencent/baba/ntes/edu, 勉强可以把ctrp
加上。 |

我的意思是，仅从实践的角度来讲。
就算ntes/tencent - ASHR 有比较大的把握
赚钱，但如果和DCA SP差太远，那可能就不值得折腾了。
