知道GA有那个TAVT 6.5%的税，所以最后决定先来了再说，不然要两边打税那就是13%了
，而且新车跑长途高速有点伤。于是上周末用1999的Honda Accord搭载了几百磅的行李
开了几百英里从OH来到GA,忐忑中顺利到达。
昨天换了GA驾照的临时纸质版（竟然还要等2个星期才拿到正式的卡，我还以为像OH那
样当场照相等5分钟就拿到，土鳖了）,今天拿车子去Emission Test,不出所料没有Pass
（EGR本来就有问题，因为原来的地方不用Test，所以一直都没理，现在貌似还有其他
问题，没细看）。问了一下修车，估计六七百跑不了，如果修好了能Pass的话注册车子
要大概$300的费用（今天去Tag Office问的，旧车也要算6.5%的TAVT）。
现在想到了以下几种选择：
1.修车然后重新Test然后注册上牌，估计1000刀？但是不知道能用多久，而且开了2年
有点受不了二手车了，各种问题。
2.买新车然后Trade In，不知道Dealer会给多少。

1. It may not be easy to identify the bug when integration test fails,
especially if you didn't write the code in the first place. You are coupling
data, other services dependencies and your code in your test. That makes
the debugging process longer than it can be with unit tests. Unit tests won'
t catch all your bugs, but it can catch most of your bugs.

testing exceptions are especially encouraged as they could lead to
unexpected behavior. I don't know much about C++, but with Java/Groovy and
test frameworks like testng and spock, you can supply a list of data and the
framework will try the combinations for you, you can also expect exception
as your test result.

paired是比较同一个样本，处理前和处理后的差异；unpaired是比较两个群体的差异，

具体到生物实验，我们经常要比较的就是各种处理前后的差异，大部分情况下，同一个
样品只能被检测一次，所以处理前后的样品，都不是同一个个体。理论上来讲，就应该
用unpaired t-test。对于动物实验，这个没有问题。我做一次实验，实验组和对照组
，分别10只动物，然后用unpaired t-test就行了。但是对于细胞实验，情况就不一样

不同的dish是完全identical的，所以用paired是合理的。不同批次的细胞，差异可能
来源于不同的代数，不同的密度，不同的接种时间，如果是原代细胞，那不同的批次差
异就更大了。
你说的这种做法，同一批次内，做多个dish，这个其实只是technical replicate，而
不是biological replicate。最后处理数据的时候，你只能用这个同一批次的5个值的
平均值作为N=1. 你如果把同一批次的5个值当做N=5的话，就相当于给同一个病人抽5次
血，然后把每一管的血当做N=1。这样做显然是不合理的。
另外，paired t-test并不是总是会给我们更小的p值。下面这个就是我的真实数据。用
paired t-test的p值更大，且没有差异。unpaired t-test，p值有显著性差异。

如果你不是fresh，电面里面一般不会考你编程。
你要想一想，对于一个系统，你需要关注哪些测试要点？
举个例子，一个soc， 要关注soc的功能，CPU的占有率，多任务的并发性，功率的消耗
，软件接口，还有其他的你自己想想吧。
testing的组也是有不同关注对象的，一个芯片有RF，modem，CPU，多媒体协处理器。
你要看看这个testing组是针对哪块，就去补补那块design关注什么，到时候也能吹。
最后一点：肯定是个老印电面，英语练练熟，吹牛练练熟，别老印说什么，你听不懂，
说不出，就直接歇菜了。 |
