换的GC比率是不是一样。

airways机票。现在有可能需要cancel fligt.网上找的refund/redeposit points
rules也不是很清楚。所以我打了Citi Travel specilist问了一下，我听得不是很清楚。
我的理解是（可能有误），用ThankYou points买的机票，类似于直接用信用卡从航空
公司买。由于这张票是non-refundable的，所以不会有refund，也不会redeposit
ThankYou points. 如果我cancel的话，会得到这个航空公司(US airways)的credit，
但是要被这家航空公司扣除$200的cancel fee（不同航空公司的cancel fee不一样）,
还要被Citi扣除$35的processing fee.
1. 请问我的理解是对的吗？不求free cancellation, 有没有什么trick能够尽量减少
一点损失？

但是消费point没积够，所以都在balance里，没转到thankyou network里去。
还有个professional卡，无年费，也是同一个thankyou network账户。
所以想把premier卡停掉，能把它的thankyou point hold balance转到premier里去吗？

以前只有forward, Thankyou Point(TYP)的兑换等级很低，很多好deal看不见也罢了，
一般兑换也受歧视。如附图，我在Citi有colleage student checking（也能拿TYP, 当然也是不受待见的），办了Forward卡，结果Amazon Giftcard只能6000pt for $50 (0.83cent/pt)。上次兑换找来找去，只能找Macy这种平时不怎么去retail store的GC兑换(可以1cent/pt)；
今天加了Thankyou Preferred Card ($250 bonus。网上有$500的premier，但因为有年费，跟我长期持有的目的相悖，所以不喜欢），结果Amazon GC就是一比一了。

Citi Thankyou的点数一直都比较鸡肋。昨天查机票的时候，顺手也用thankyou的网站
上的订票系统查了一下，结果发现kayak上查到的530左右的机票用了40K的点数就订到
了。用thankyou点数@1.05换算，差不多打了个8折。觉得用来订机票要比换gift card
划算啊。 |

发现还是不行。昨天打电话说是帐户under investigation，不能redeem，但是可以继
续使用信用卡积点数。CSR说等两个星期再打电话过去问。
考古发现，这个和前段时间大家讨论的citi关卡很像。不过我没有3个星期花160k这么
多。
这两个月用5X ThankYou Preferred卡买VR，每月买5000左右，还有其他各种grocery消
费，从3月份开卡至今，大概赚了5万多点。现在所有citi信用卡还是好的，上个星期还
批了张citi AA visa。
大家用5X ThankYou Preferred卡的，有像我这种情况吗？ |
