错，但同样对面也是受过训练的人，不是听枪声傻傻不会反应的普通人。所以有经验的
士兵不会连射，没经验的必然那些阿富汗民兵才会连射，命中率自然也低得可怜。 枪
上没全自动就是不让用？是不让用还是没必要用你知道么？如果连射没必要，干嘛还弄
个SAW？如果连射没用，点射命中率，杀伤率低，干嘛要禁平民枪里的全自动？大家都
开放了全自动，不都全安全多了？真脑残。枪支的全自动的目的就是大量快速的发射弹
药，有几个目的，比如可以做到火力压制，子弹乱飞，就算你知道命中率低，你敢赌上
你的命去探头看吗？比如近战，所谓的狭路相逢，枪快者胜（哈哈）。比如当初二战的
thompson,mp40之类的SMG就是如此的目的，子弹不需要特别的准，能快就是强。如果这
次枪手拿着thompson,混进人群扫射，绝对可以造成更大的死亡人数。当然如果不是巷
战，你就需要更强大的自动武器才可以在更远的距离造成更大的伤害。作用就是在于可

1， m4a1确实有全自动，但那个只是特种部队用的，大家都知道，特种部队的小分队渗
透敌后是常态，当然需要自己携带压制活力，所以才配全自动。普通士兵用的是没全自
动的m4.
2, 关于saw, 现在用的是m249, 有两种使用方式，当步枪用的时候，只许打点射，当机
枪用的时候才能连发。所以对步枪来说，不是不必要，而是不准用全自动。明白了没有？
说啥全自动射击时只需要努力对着一个区域就行，你他妈真是无知者无畏，就是因为普
通人类做不到这点，所以才禁用全自动射击模式。

我觉的有必要科普一下这个车被拖了以后的权利义正视听
这个权利适用在arizona州，至于具体到其他州可以不可以自己具体
查或者问律师，另外一个前提就是你的车是被从一个private
parking lot拖走的，不是在马路上被警察开了违章停车的罚单之后

真是能颠倒黑白。当年如果不是民主党反对，现在留学
生硕博毕业工作，立马就拿绿卡了。还用扯什么排期呀h1呀.
只是不知道共和党这次上台，能不能重提并通过当年那个法案。估计也悬。

加州现时干旱被宣布是有降雨量记录以来最干的时期。但是研究西部长期气候的科学家
指出，加州在此163年之前曾经历过更长的干旱烘烤期。他们担心加州之前的“大干旱
”会再次来临。
通过研究树年轮，泥沙沉积及其他自然证据，研究人员证明了加州在过去1000年内历经
数次持续10~20年的干旱。两次最严重的大干旱令1930年代持续6年的“尘暴区”相形见
绌：1）始于850年的大干旱，持续240年之久；2）在那之后50年，又一次持续至少180
年。
“我们还在加州生活，就好像往后的干旱最长才持续7年一样”，加州州立东湾分校地
理环境研究所的Scott Stine说，“我们生活在梦境世界里”。
