（mixed vegitable juice 吃起来象tomoto juice），5.5 oz全吃完了，因为他很喜欢
吃。但是我知道后有点担心，因为v8里面盐分含量太高了，不知道会不会有什么问题，
我给他喝了几oz的水，到晚上现在似乎没有什么不良反应，除了似乎比平时稍微fussy
一点。想问问大家，有什么是我需要注意的吗？有什么补救措施吗？需要去问问医生吗

躺倒4点半，要不起床去买菜吧，室友说想先去锻炼再去，于是我也换上了衣服
说去走走，反正足弓也不好
来到gym，走了2分钟，胳膊腿儿好像活动开了，开跑
5.7mpg跑了20分钟，中间10分的时候测了一下心跳145
20分钟过后气不喘，就是腿特别累，停了
abs，legs和arms，stretch过后说要不再走走？
2 incline 4mph走了10分钟，想冲刺一下
0.5 incline 6mph又跑了10分钟
最后加起来大概40分钟，距离3.5 miles
足弓目前未见异常，就是觉得没力气
突然发现除了早上起来吃了点nuts，飞机上的tomoto juice，回家的稀饭和鸡蛋，睡起
来吃的豆腐干和一点饼干，没有吃肉，难怪没力气 |

Exercise: walked inside the mall
Plus: good control on my diet

我想减到110磅，这样大概可以稳定在110-115之间。
昨天LG带父母和娃们出去玩了一整天，我乐得自在。没有连续运动，主要是weights，
加上吃得少，饿了就是cherry tomoto。当然晚上LG切了西瓜：（。
我有个计步器，当年怀老大时买的，那时候就是每天10k plus. 所以老大生完出月子体
重就回去了。怀老二就比较忙，然后压力大，生完减减停停，体重一直没回去过。
衣服大了是好事，我妈正好在，我随手甩了不少衣服给她，大家都happy. |

我之前设置的完全没有问题。后来换更快的网络了就不用qos了。开qos影响下行速度，

的口味是公认的，但产量低，难种也是公认的。在德州是可能绝收，品质也不稳定。当
然在别的地方可能没那么严重。

and dare not order another one. You can't imagine they drink it with a shot of
Lemon juice and a shot of Tomoto sauce mixed with Soy Souce. They call it
"Flag" since white, yellow and red are the color in Mexico flag.

现在是mediacom的网，用的d-link，经常网络延迟会忽大忽小，比如ping google，大

一直没有动力，也怀疑voip的效果。直到前几天看了那篇Google voice用了一年的post
，深受鼓舞，又激起了我的热情。花了两天终于把PAP2 hack，sipsorcery，sipgate等
搞定啦，现在可以用sipgate打进打出。PAP2也flash to spa1001. so far so good。
现在，问题是还要不要再折腾。在我的ASUS wl520 gu上装asterisk？首先，我是Linux
菜鸟，虽然自己装过Linux，但可以说Linux懂得很少，我是不是有能力装上并config
asterisk？第二，这个router到底能不能很好的run asterisk和其他需要的tools。
WL520GU是不是太慢。我的要求很低，只要能打进，打出Google voice，和其他的voip
就行，不用那些fancy的功能。第三，从我读到的post来看，asterisk应该比
sipsorcery稳定，那它的音质和sipsorcery比怎么样？delay |
