用到了人家专利里的技术,那你还是侵权.
copyright:你的图像界面跟人家到底有多像,太像了的话也有可能侵犯人家copyright权
利.
trademark:人家有trademark吗?你的产品有没可能让消费者混淆了两个产品?如果消费
者比较糊涂哪个是哪个,那你们还可能侵犯人家trademark.
其它种类的IP rights因为你们没有人家的内部资料所以就不用考虑了. |

通常来说IP包括patent和copyright，大多也把trademark算上，虽然说trademark这个
东西并不很intellectual。也有人把商业机密，knowhow这些东西也算进去。 但是一般
来说在谈到谁谁是IP lawyer，这个人是很大可能是做专利的或者至少做一部分专利相
关的业务。
