looks gorgeous with sunset background.
I normally go to Joshua tree national park in the Spring season when the
wild flowers are blooming everywhere. If we receive rain weekly from now
and Feb, then by late March, JS park is gonna be gorgeous. |

当初签合同的时候已经说好 卖方要住到5月底 因为他们的孩子还在上高中 马上毕业
所以他们现在等于在租房子
当初在attorney扯皮的过程中 他们就说只负责lawn的maintenance 至于spring
cleanup shrubs/tree maintenance应该我们负责 当时我的律师说OK 因为
spring cleanup也花不了几个钱
前几天close 卖方给了我他们以前用的2个公司的报价
第一个spring cleanup要225 好像就是捡捡树枝 枯叶什么的
另外一个公司直接吓哭本WSN了
fertilize shrubs
apply weed killer to planting beds
hand edge planting beds
hardwood bark supplied and spread
一共要642 还不算税
同事告诉我这活确实比较贵 但本WSN没搞过这些 不懂行情啊
身边的外国人告诉我自己弄
问题是我从来没搞过 又没工具 最关键的是卖方还住在里面 我去搞也太WS了 本WSN也
是有底线的啊

在WMART 买了个风筝, 今天想去试飞一下. 可惜没啥风, 跑了一身臭汗也没成功.
好了,打住题外话. Rose Tree park 现在每天除了星期一都有Free concert. 大家不要错
过,特别是住在drexelbrook或附近的朋友.

家有一上初中娃和一快上小学娃，预算在 45万左右，大概看了一下：Swarthmore：地
产税高，房稍新稍大点，上班方便一点。
Rose-tree：房旧房小,学区好，交通稍远点。
Haverford：房旧房小，学区稍差点，上班近。
还有Radnor, T/E, 房旧房贵。
大家有什么推荐吗？想找个中国人多点的地方，中餐馆多点（最好川菜馆），通勤时间
在45分钟以内的地方。 |

听说过的，温泉，缆车上山，玩雪，jashua tree国家公园，outlet.
这么都地方，第一次去，如果不过夜只能玩一个地方，对吧。
那个jushua tree公园现在会有雪么，好玩么？需要在附近住一夜么？
我是想，坐缆车，玩雪，shopping，再去那个公园转转，是不是需要住一个晚上。
还是只玩一个，以后再去。

tree cupertino最近搬到了新的site, 所以现在教室都有窗户的，playground也比较
大，倒是没注意到有没有沙坑。就我tour看到的little tree的academic已经教的够多
了，再多不是整天都在学习吗？基本上附近双语preschool都是每天上午下午各半个小
时的室外活动时间，我觉得对这个年纪的小娃来说少了点吧。

out back to the fairway? (assuming it doesn't allow you a shot to the
green)
What is your technic to hit a low cut shot? How do you control the distance
to make sure it flies long enough to land on fairway but not too long so it
goes into the other side of trees? |

have a shot over the tree top.
What I usually do is a 5 iron and sweep it. But I found it hard to control
and bladed the ball most of time. |

我们是周五晚上去的，我提前预定了一个campsite，但是被告知
离集合地hidden valley很远，于是就直接开到hidden vally
碰运气，结果有个营地我开始以为没人，打好帐篷睡着了，第二天
发现车后边档了一车，旁边一人没帐篷睡着，原来是人家的营地
算被我们偷了，呵呵
经验教训就是，joshua tree晚上特别冷，天气预报说是50度，实际
我觉得可能最多40度，可能还要低，我穿着衣服，钻15度的睡袋
感觉比在白菜那么那那次还冷好多，所以要去joshua tree晚上要多
准备衣服。
这是camping
说到课，感觉很有收获，学到很多东西，老师非常牛，frank聊起来某些
伟大的攀岩者，那个老师还说是他的personal buddy，那个人的死他们
仍然觉得是损失云云，网站上看他们的介绍也牛叉哄哄，有很多记录
早上先学bouldering，选了一块很低的时候教大家smearing，号称难度其实
非常高，有5.9 5.10但是很低，所以不怕摔，目的就是让你感觉那种用
微小岩石凸起平衡，信任重心往后如何能平衡，如何来回移动重量等等。

基本不需要什么这方面的经验,有兴趣就好。
如果你那个周末刚好要过去，可以一起去玩一下
joshua tree大部分石头不太高，不会很可怕，呵呵
就是觉得去了南加，不去joshua tree爬一下，有点可惜 |

煎蛋都要排老长的队。double tree是有人serve的，唯一不好是金卡很可能要加3-4块
钱升级到full breakfast，但是环境还是好很多。 |

后来才发现,西边很晒，夏天的叶子基本都烧成不完整型。
打算2个方案，1）给挪个地方。 问题如果明年春天移栽的话，现在有6ft 高的树，会
不会已经不适合移地方了，容易死。
2）保持原位，旁边种一棵树，长的快的树， 过几年就可以给Japanese maple tree 遮
阳了。 问题是再如何快， 也要个5，6年， 是不是等待的太久了。 晒太久， maple
tree 会自己先翘掉。 |

pollinator,
问nursery owner,他们有Dorsset Golden, which is supposed to be a good
pollinator for Anna.
但owner建议Anna 不一定需要polination如果我们只想种一棵苹果树,如果想种点别的,
可以考虑Santa Rosa plum，因为它也可以给anna当cross-pollinator. 可我后来上网
查，
没有人说apple可以用plum来传粉的。有懂的可以给讲讲吗？ |
